If you are on the fence, buy it. The product photos don't show how great this truck actually looks. Scale realism is top-notch with fully operational lights and true 4WD. The handling is remarkably smooth, making it an absolute blast to drive.Transit takes about a month since it ships via ocean freight, so factor that into your expectations. Once it clears customs and hits the local courier, it lands on your doorstep in a few days. Excellent value and a new favorite of mine. And customer service is great

Had a miss understanding about shipment but customer service contacted me shortly after and cleared it up. They were helpful in every question I had. Shipment, tracking etc. I received my order within two weeks and very happy with my purchase. Would definitely buy from them again.

I am located in the US, I’ve been on the hunt for a particular RC truck, the 1/6th scale Cross RC EMO XXL Brontosaurus 6x6, I came Across FUNYAT online through the SHOP app, I’ve used the SHOP app many times because they work with reputable companies. At first I was A little skeptical about purchasing a $1,500+ RC car from a foreign company but I’ve never had issues with companies through the SHOP app and I figured I would Give them a try. FUNYATs communication throughout the whole process was impressive they assured me my order would be fulfilled within a weeks time, upon shipping out my order they sent me photos and explained they split my order Into two parts Lowering the cost of shipping, anytime I messaged Them during their business hours they would respond almost instantly and answered any question I had, my package was even rejected by FedEx at one point and sent back to the shipper, FUNYAT customer service reached out to me about the delay and assured me they had other plans already set in place. They reattempted shipping through UPS international and everything went according to plan, even with the delays I still Managed to receive my package in under three weeks! My item arrived in great shape the package exterior was not damaged and the product was very well packed for the long trip to the US from Hong Kong. I highly Recommend FUNYAT.

BUYER’S BEWARE!!! This seller claims to have items available on their site when the item is not actually in stock! They will message you after you place your order saying your item is not in stock and offer you alternative shipping methods that could take several months longer than you anticipated for your order to arrive. Also, they ship damaged or previously opened items with missing accessories but will claim the item sent was “new” once you’ve received the order and contact them about it. They will then send you some generic photographs of “your order” with “new items” claiming that those pictures indicate your actual order prior to shipping and they are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Finally, they will have you file a claim to the shipping company “on their behalf” but refuse to refund you your money for the item, or accept the damaged item back. I’ve purchased a lot of RC’s from different vendors and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any RC company! I had to get my CC company involved to dispute charges because they refused to accept their damaged item back and issue my refund! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS SELLER!! Go to their site and see for yourself! They claim to have 389 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ reviews from Trustpilot! Clearly, that’s not the case!

FunYat, first of al the greatest customer service, thank you FunYat.
FunYat had answered all my questions and doubts, and when they said they were sold out on the bell 206 v3 they honestly told me if I wanted to keep my order and as soon as they had it I would receive it. FunYat did send my order faster than I was intecipating, they said 7 to 14 days, I accepted and received my order with in the 7 days. Awesome, I will keep purchasing from FunYat, because they are loyal and answered every question I had.
