Funkitinteriors Recenzje

I really enjoyed my experience with funk it. While building our house, we had tons of delays and they worked with us through everything and then I went on a military deployment and they worked with me through that as well. Their design boards are absolutely fantastic and going on their virtual meetings and figuring out your wants and needs. They try maximize the revenue potential in our short-term rental. If you wanna be set, not only above but apart from the other STR‘s in your space, there’s no one else I would use.

They even gave our place a great name called Crystal cabana in Crystal Beach, Texas. Check it out if you’re in town or find it on Airbnb.

There were so many elements of Funkit that were good choices and have ultimately worked out well. Unfortunately there were also moments where their team was non receptive, unwilling to deal with realities on the ground, and ended up costing my project extra thousands of dollars.

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Funkit Design. They absolutely poured themselves into our Fredericksburg property, and you can see it in the final result.

This was NOT a simple project. We had multiple homes, huge outdoor spaces, a pool and spa area, entertainment spaces, event areas, pergolas, and so many different pieces that all needed to feel like one beautiful, cohesive property. Funkit Design took on the challenge and completely ran with it. Blue, Bridgette and their team GENUINLY want your property to succeed, and it shows with all the extra efforts their team puts in.

There were many unplanned meetings and outside advice they have given me to help me succeed. Something a design company normally does not do!

What really stood out to me was how much they cared. They weren’t just picking furniture and decorations and calling it a day. They were constantly thinking about how each space would look, feel, photograph, and actually function for guests. They worked incredibly hard, stayed involved through all the little changes, and helped turn a massive property into something that truly feels special.

The compliments we get on the property speak for themselves. People notice the design immediately. The spaces feel warm, upscale, fun, and memorable, which is exactly what we wanted.

If you’re considering Funkit Design, BOOK THEM. Seriously. Especially if you have a large project, vacation rental, Airbnb, or a property where you really want that “wow” factor. They care about the end result, they put in the work, and they helped make our vision come to life even better than we imagined.

Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you Funkit Design for everything you did for us!

Funk It knows their stuff!!! From the very first meeting to design to completion, it was fantastic or should I say FUNKtastic!!! In fact they should consider changing the name. :) I did the top tier white glove service in my STR in Tampa. Even though I live in Tampa I didn’t want to set up my first one all by myself. Let’s just say Blue is the man. He made me feel way better about the process and if a road bump occurred he always had a great solution. Can’t recommend them enough! The STR is crushing it in a tough and saturated Tampa market, all because of the design. Can’t wait to do my next design with them!

Funkit Interiors made a great job with designing my new build, it was definetly way more challenging than a normal design since they helped me even from picking the type of flooring and so on. This made designing more ambiguous and unclear on the final state.

They managed to help with all our requests and so much ideas we had and even went above and beyond on the backyard plan that we agreed to design as infinite money and I fell in love with what they did, can't be done all in one round but looking forward to hopefully achieve that amazing plan sometime!

So excited to see our home designed and looking forward to have it ready.

Thanks!

My husband and I used Funkit for our first Airbnb property and it was the best decision that we made. Not only was the team so helpful, we have been performing in the top 5% for homes in our area and almost everyone that stays comments on the designs. We truly believe it is what has gotten us so many clicks which have led to bookings. We will be using Funkit again in the future. 10/10 recommend!!!

Funkit interiors where awesome to work with. There design really made us stand out in the market. They will put together a great and executable plan to make your STR successful. @stayerrante

6 stars if I could give them to Funkit!!! I can't say enough good things about partnering with this team. They are tech forward, fast, accountable, creativity is incredible, and this team knows exactly what it takes to crush your revenue estimates. We've done 2 homes together which are now both 1% performers grossing 25 - 30k/mon. Scoreboard doesn't lie!

I am more uniquely qualified to leave this review than likely anyone who will come after me. I have hired the Funkit team to design one of my own investment properties and I have also installed the interior and exterior landscape design in more than 30 properties in Texas.

We are a STR specific contractor who primarily works with STR designers and there is no comparison as far as quality control for install instructions, furniture shopping sheets and most importantly feasibility of landscape designs.

Blue, Bridgette and Rob have built the best STR design company, because it’s ran by STR operators. They know what works because they’ve bet on it with their own money!

I have seen time and time again how well these properties perform with the right amenities and design. There is no better value than hiring the right team and the success stories are endless with these folks!

While the team provided many detailed and useful suggestions, unfortunately the overall design didn't meet the initial requirements, vision and even the approved moodboard. The communication was very limited, colors and decor choices were questionable and didn't reflect the concept we discussed multiple times. I also didn't find the research very informative, since the data is available through the known platforms and no new insights were provided nor influenced the project. From the investment perspective, 50% of the design is going to be scrapped and redone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional, Fast, and Talented!

We worked with Funkit Interiors for our Austin premier STR and are blown away by the results. Blue, Bridgette and team are professional, attentive, and incredibly efficient—transforming the entire property in just a span of 2-4 weeks.

They truly heard us, took our preferences, added their valuable insights and created a space where every corner is Pinterest-worthy. An amazing experience with a team that respects timelines and delivers quality. Highly recommended!

Excellent job at researching markets for STRs. Love the data collected and guidance for creating a great experience for guests. I requested my backyard to be designed and was happy with the suggestions and ideas. The only down side is the quality of the design work. It wasn't landscape architect level. I was working in parallel with Bacqyard and they did a significantly better job at 3-d renderings and interactive 360 views. They also provided a native plant list and AutoCad drawings which was super helpful. In the end, both companies were great and combined together, I achieved what I wanted.

Bridgette and her team are amazing. from the initial call to the full execution our house came out exactly like she mapped. we didnt have to think about how much wallpaper to order or how big the rugs should be, the design plan came fully ready to execute. our airbnb has done 2x as much as the year piror.

I worked with Funkit Interiors on a short-term rental design project, and the experience was excellent. Their team understands how to balance aesthetics with functionality and revenue impact, which is critical for STRs and investment properties.

They were collaborative, responsive, and thoughtful about layouts, materials, and durability—while still delivering a design that feels elevated and guest-ready. What stood out most was their ability to translate high-level vision into practical, executable design without unnecessary complexity.

I would confidently recommend Funkit Interiors to anyone looking to create a standout STR or thoughtfully designed home with both form and performance in mind.
