This company delivers a an efficient and personal service. Such a lovely experience dealing with them. Anna was as great. Thanks so much.

First of all, their website / design tool is excellent (albeit takes a little bit of getting to know how best to set things up - the video tutorial is extremely helpful - oh, and don't refuse cookies otherwise you cant retrieve your saved document). I submitted my order in the morning on 18th November 2024 & by just after 3pm that afternoon I'd had a confirmation from them (Anna) to say it was ready for printing & that they'd worked to enhance a few of the photographs used & centred some slightly misaligned text - to me that shows a real attention to detail in helping to prepare an emotionally difficult document. Delivery was made as stipulated & I noted that there was even a sticker on the side of the box to inform the delivery company that it included time-critical documents & who to contact in the event of any delays.
Definitely would use them again.

Everything about this company was excellent. There is a huge choice of designs. I'm not very confident using IT but the website was really easy to use. The orders of service arrived quickly and were really high quality. I contacted customer service after placing my order (as I suddenly had an influx of people saying they were coming to the funeral and I was worried I wouldn't have enough copies). They responded quickly and were very helpful, increasing the number and putting my mind at rest. Added to this, the overall cost was a fraction of what my partner had paid for orders of service with a local printer for his dad's funeral!

What an amazing service, definitely 5*. Once I'd designed it they checked it over and let me know the 1 picture wasn't good enough quality. I sent a different picture and they enhanced both my pictures and also corrected a couple of mistakes. They arrived today and they're perfect. Thank you.

after a quick google search I found this wonderful company. the site was so easy to navigate and the choice of template designs was vast.

The ‘design your own’ feature enabled me to get the perfect personalised OOS that I wanted. Once ordered, someone contacted me to say they had centralised text and sharpened up photos, & let me review it before being printed. Once printed, they were dispatched the same day. The finished product, 8 sided OOS, is perfect.

The whole experience a this sad time was quite simply fantastic. The quality of card was brilliant NOT flimsy at all The printing of photo was perfect The staff especially Sam was sympathetic, empathetic and so patient Nothing was to much trouble My whole family will be using in the future

During the most difficult time whilst organising a funeral it was very straightforward using this service, especially with the online chat support, that was really helpful. I was very impressed with the quality and the speed of printing. Overall it was a very good service, thank you

I got into a dispute with someone who was meant to do me a 'favor' and he refused to do/print the order of service for my mom's funeral 5 days before the event, causing stress amongst the whole family

But this company came to my rescue, we managed to get an order design and delivered within 48 hours...
It was even too short of a notice for the funeral directors to help us directly in this situation.

Lots of choice to choose from for the Order of Service. I experienced a slight issue with the PDF but on calling this was promptly dealt with and the team were very attentive and resolved the matter quickly. Also a very quick turnaround and as I lived locally, they even offered to hand deliver. Thank you for making everything ok during a sad time.

Absolutely fantastic service, the team were in contact quickly to help resolve an issue I'd missed when using the online creator tool. They were so helpful and I couldn't have been more grateful for what they did. The quality of both the order of service and the memory board were second to none. My husbands order of service was somewhat different to the usual order of service, as his was a 20 page A4 booklet including lots of photos

Brilliant service from start to finish. I used the free online design tool and found it very easy to select the specific template I wanted out of the many choices available. I had a slight problem lining a new text box I was creating, phoned up Anna, and she was able to bring up my design and correct it for me. Once I had completed my design Anna checked, improved the alignment slightly, and sent me a PDF file so I could confirm exactly how it would look when printed. The cards arrived the next working day and the quality far exceeded our expectations.
