We used Funeral Order of Service as a very last minute decision to have a keepsake of the service. The website was simple to use and you could personalise the booklet yourself or use one of their templates to help guide you. I had a phone call from John to confirm the published version would have 2 blank pages and to see if I was happy with this - he suggested we could have a collage of photos to complete the book.
To my amazement, the booklets were posted the same day and received the next! Amazing turnaround and beautiful quality booklets. I cannot thank you enough 🤍 highly recommended from product and service ✨

In the last 3 years, FuneralOrderOfService have provided the Order of Service booklets for the funerals of both of my wife's parents and now for both of my own parents ... on each of those 4 occasions, they have been highly professional and very easy to deal with.

The booklets that they have provided are high quality and have all been highly praised by our family & friends.

Organising a loved-one's funeral is a tough and onerous task but, for me, this Company have made their part of the process as stress-free as possible.

Honestly can’t thank funeralorderofservice enough. I’d been let down by another supplier who took ages to respond/send proofs through and with trying to juggle everything else for my mum, it felt like time was slipping away. I phoned up funeralorderofservice explained the situation and they put me straight through to John, who created my mum’s beautiful order of service. Updated Proofs were sent through in no time (I ended up having 8/9 proofs in total!!) but it was no bother to John. Phoned up on the Monday, and by the Tuesday they were confirmed, printed and delivered on the Wednesday. They could have been done on the Monday, but I had a last minute detailing to check! The OOS is beautiful, bright and colourful just like mum was. Thank you for everything and making this time just that little bit easier amongst the chaos.

I ordered a bundle of memorial bookmarks at short notice for my late husband's funeral. Customer service provided was second to none. I changed my mind about the photo I wanted on the bookmarks which was no problem and was rectified quickly.

The completed bookmarks were of excellent quality and absolutely beautiful. Delivery was very quick indeed.

Given that the company provides funeral stationary, I hope I don't need to use them again just yet, but if another sad occassion arises, I wouldn't hesitate to use their service or recommend them to friends and family.

Really impressive customer service and high quality Order of Service. I chose this company as they had a good selection of templates (I was specifically looking for cricket), great reviews and their website design tool allowed for a wide variety of customisation. I was having difficulty changing a particular attribute so I contacted customer services who did it for me. No extra charge. John couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. Highly recommend.

The process was very easy and the website templates very easy intuitive to use. It took a lot of the pressure off at a difficult time.

If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. Website easy to use. Able to create the orders of serivce for my Dad funeral. Couldn't fault the communication from the company the next day when they picked up a couple of faults. Great chose of templates and very easy to swap things out. Postage within 24 hours and loved that they had stated what was in the parcel for the delivery company. Would us again.

We had wonderful service from the company who printed the order of service and delivered them in 24 hours, efficiently packaged. We didn't want overly floral, feminine designs and were able to find a 'watercolour painting' like design. Easy to process, choosing fonts etc and importing photos. Super pleased with end result. Would highly recommend.

We recently used this company to purchase orders of service for my father's funeral. Although the initial setting up of the design was a bit tricky, we finally had the design we wanted. It was good to see a wide range of designs. Some other companies do not offer as many designs for men. The ordering process was then very easy and the finished items were amazing! Good quality card, lovely colours and looked a much better quality than a lot of other companies. We were delighted with the very prompt and efficient service and the orders of service were just perfect! Thank you! Thoroughly recommend this company!

I received my order the day after I put it in. Absolutely thrilled with 'the Order Of Service' I ordered for my Mum's funeral. Such an unusual design , put perfect for her. Great service. Online design software is very easy to use, with templates if needed (I kept my order of service plain). I had saved my partly done design and the company emailed me to check if I needed any assistance. Once I processed my final design, they confirmed the formatting was good and the 3 day delivery actually arrived in under 2 days, tracked with Royal Mail. This great service is what is needed at a sensitive time as a funeral, so thank you for making this part very easy
