WORST COMPANY EVER FOR A LOAN
This is the worst company ever. Got an email on 24.12.24 saying a refund was due from a loan received in 2021.
Informed refund should have been received by 17.01.25 - on 16.01.25 after 9pm an email was received saying there is a delay in refund with no new date of when it will be actioned.
Emailed the refunds team to to inquire about next steps and to this day still have not had a response back.

Was contacted to say a refund was owed and money would be paid back - this was on the 20th December, I have emailed twice and no reply. Its only a small amount of money but its the principle. If the shoe was on the other foot would be hounded. Dreadful communication.

Potential scam
Had an email from fund ourselves saying I have been charged too much interest and was entitled to a refund. I have since sent over a bank statement and not had anything in my bank it shouldn’t take this long to process any sort of refund and I’m now beginning to think that I’ve been scammed which is a kick in the teeth seeing as I’ve planned ahead for what to do with that money.

I had a loan with them few years back
I had a loan with them few years back, I recently received an email about a refund... requesting for updated bank details, I was a bit concerned as you cannot just ask someone for bank details so I called directly to get confirmation. The person I spoke with told me to screenshot my bank details as well as my bank statement to them so that refund can be processed… little did I know, this is was probably a scam. They don’t reply to your emails. They don’t even acknowledge it. It’s disappointing consider I had no issue with them before but now it seems like they’re collecting data and selling it on!! So be careful taken out a loan with them … I’m reporting & want this investigated as very very dodgy.

Previously I took out loans with this company and I haven’t ever defaulted on payments for some reason they are now rejecting my loan applications.
I thought they were good but now I’m not so sure.

I'm very disappointed in the response…
I'm very disappointed in the response from Fund Ourselves.
I recently received an email about a refund. I reached out to Fund Ourselves as it was a few years since I'd had a loan. The email looked legitimate but I didn't want to click on anything as I'm a bit cynical about these things.
I've had very little in the way of response from Find Ourselves to reassure me. I'm either being scammed or they've sold my data. Either way I'm incredibly disappointed.
Even if their offices are shut for the Christmas holidays then they should have an auto reply on for emails which lists their working hours over the holiday period.
The longer they leave me hanging the more troubled I am. This is not a good feeling to be left with.
Please respond to my emails!!

When I call the contact number
When I call the contact number. 08000318161 ( today Saturday 9:40am 21/12/24) every single time the automated voice say i need to call back during the opening hours which Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. So 9:40am why the lane is still close??? I need to speak with someone by phone not by email because the reply will be 3working days ....

Refund delay....
So I used this company a coupe of time and had no issues.
I later received an email stating that I had payed to much interest and I will be refunded. A couple of days later refund came, but not the full amount. Email was sent out to them, I heard back nearly three weeks later, where I was told have to wait so many working days to contact them if funds are not in my account, that was over a week ago. Still waiting, I don't get the hold up. If it wasn't for this it would be Five stars.

Tried now to get a loan from them and when I'm putting my card details so they can check my card is saying I need to pay 0.00£ but in reality is charging u 1£ a bit wierd .Well I couldn't do it because I don't have money in my account so I gues that they won't give me one 😭

Once a good company, now a truly awful company
I cannot get a loan with this company anymore, although I've paid back any loans I've received from them on time or in advance.
My credit rating is the best it has ever been
So much for loyalty.
I have phoned them to find out why this is but keep getting told I cannot help you further or it is,a business decision.
So if you do happen to read this review and reply (Fund Ourselves), please do not patronise me by saying phone this number or email us and our friendly staff will assist because they don't.
