I totally agreed with Paul regarding respect for good customer. I also tried to borrow after paying off in full, not missing a payment. At which point you deemed a customer to be reliable and responsible. They even lied when I requested a link to renew my login password, no email was sent. I tried several times. My situation had not changed. I am disgusted with their treatment and attitude.

disgusting company who show no loyalty…
disgusting company who show no loyalty to their customers. I have had past loans with them which i have payed back in full, on time and in some cases early. Yet when i reapply for a loan and all my financial situations are exactly the same as when they have accepted me for loans they suddenly say no without having the decency or good manners to explain why not. They treat good paying customers exactly the same as people who default on their loans. I even emailed them asking for a manager to phone me to discuss this yet they dont even have the good manners to do this. They make out they treat everyone fairly and look at each application properly. Well my experience has proved they dont. Loyalty in any other line of buisness is rewarded with loyalty. NOT BY FUNDOURSELVES. Steer clear if you want fair treatment and service.
