Greetings, I come forth completely unbiased to any firm, only here to present my experience and thoughts with "Funded Peaks". For the record, I am a US citizen who only trades on mobile. That being said, here's the experience I had:

Initially, I purchased the account ($5k) and received the credentials shortly after. However, not long into my trading on said account, I realized it would be disqualified due to me trading on MT5, which is not compliant with current regulations for US citizens. Despite informing them of my citizenship, Funded Peaks breached the account and migrated me to DXtrade through their own portal. While I had to start over, I was now able to trade without regulatory strains.

As I trade solely on a mobile device, I encountered issues with connectivity and accessing the platform's features. Additionally, the trading conditions, while generally smooth, had aggressive spreads. Despite these challenges, I managed to recover and was up by 6-7%.

However, problems arose when I found myself continuously left on a blank page, unable to assess my position or performance. This led to me being unaware of my account status, resulting in significant losses. Unfortunately, attempts to close positions were thwarted by an expired portal link, leading to a breach of their rules.

Moving forward, Funded Peaks should prioritize US traders, ensuring they are aware of the need for a DXTrade account and providing clearer instructions for mobile traders. Specifically, they should automatically issue DXTrade accounts to US traders based on their IP addresses. Additionally, they should specify that the platform link is intended for PC/laptops only, and users may face connectivity issues on mobile devices.

In conclusion, these are my opinions and experiences with Funded Peaks. While I don't intend to discourage others, I believe it's important to inform and share my thoughts. Despite the challenges faced, I see potential in the firm and may consider returning once a live DXTrade mobile app is available.

I just received my second payout with them. They are honestly top notch!! So far overall the best trading conditions, super super super fast payouts and the customer support is exceptional (weather it by via discord, their chat or email). Besides that they really take care of their community. They are legit and pay out their traders. I really hope for them they get the attention they deserve!!

Stay away from this broker, charges HUNDRED times more then regular swaps overnight and x300 on friday. asked umar one of the owners, he told me I "spread false information" even tho ive linked the exact same swap in their metatrader and compared to vantages swaps, also he didnt even know that spx is an index, stay away from these youngsters led companies. their broker exfor is only regulated overseas, for someone that is partnered with a hedge fund, it shouldnt be that hard getting a proper broker. on that note "ots capital" their hedge fund registered their domain in 2023 with hidden owner, link: whois(dot)com/whois/ots-capital.com . so much too fishy for a serious prop..

2nd edit: they added new rules "Example: A trader engages in one-sided betting by continuously buying a particular instrument without considering any potential negative factors or indications of an upcoming downturn in the market. This lack of diversification leaves them vulnerable to substantial losses if the instrument price unexpectedly declines." - Well now they can define their own rules and just ban you. use your brain and decide yourself.

Love how Funded Peaks has ACTIVE staff all over the place. Even the owners are online and willing to help out.
I had a situation with swap fees, and after making my point, Umar himself took the time to dig into the matter and solve the issue.
I've been trading years now, and have used at least 10 different prop firms over time, and this is the very FIRST time I can have a real conversation where you get heard.

Waited for my first payout to give a full and honest review. Conditions are great, support is quick to respond to any issues and payout arrived within 6 hours of accepting the invite with the payment provider. Improvements already being made to the user experience through dashboard upgrades which shows a willingness to keep getting better. One to watch for the future and will definitely be pursuing max allocation.
