Super speedy ordering process & fast…

Super speedy ordering process & fast delivery too. I ordered a Michael Myers phone wallet/case, the quality is fantastic, I’m so impressed!! This was my very first purchase and it definitely won’t be my last. I think it’s super generous of this wonderful company to also give a discount on a first purchase too. Love that they plant a tree every time an order is placed.just fabulous. Would highly recommend!! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Buyer beware.

This company sent me the wrong phone case. I asked for a refund and offered to send the wrong one back. After several emails and them telling me a refund will happen once I had sent a photo showing it's the wrong one, they then re ordered the part. These people do not listen or care what the customer says. Im still waiting for my refund

Great custom case for my new phone!

I wanted a custom case for my new phone as I had a specific design in mind that I couldn't find anywhere. I'm very happy with the case, it is great quality. The communication around dispatch and delivery was top notch too. Would definitely buy another case from Fun Cases!

First of all the designs for the cases…

First of all the designs for the cases are so fun, i have the ladybug one and I'm obsessed! The packaging is fun aswell, most things you buy these days are boring but this is colorful and fun. Also they plant a tree everytime you buy a case. Really glad i came across you guys :)

Don't bother ordering it'll either be missing or wrong

I placed 2 orders, both with 2 cases and the shock absorbent upgrades. When my first order arrived, both cases weren't the upgraded versions I'd paid for and a couple of days later the second order turned up and had one case with the upgrade added and an empty sleeve where the other case should've been. Now after a week of trying to get in contact with their customwr service I'm not further along to get the issues resolved as I was when I received said orders. Don't buy from them to avoid disappointment

Quality of the product looks okay

Quality of the product looks okay. However not worth what I paid with custom charges. 55euro was my order which quickly became 75 thanks to customs. There for I probably would not recommend buying from here if you dont live in the UK.
Print on laptop sleeve is only on one side. I ordered the cow print for a phone case and the print is kinda fuzzy looking.
Over all with what I paid with customs im disappointed.

100% Recommended

I ordered a custom phone case from fun cases, it turned out astonishingly well. There was a lovely grip along the edges that feels amazing.The print quality is excellent and the case is tough and very hard to bend. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who asks, however I have heard that if you use a photo and not a sticker they have as an option for the custom ones , you should be careful as the image quality may be reduced. Overall I think that if you are thinking of getting a new phone case, don't go to some boring place, get a high quality one from fun cases.

The product looked completely different…

The product looked completely different from the photos. I contacted the company several times about returning it, but they ignored all of my emails and never replied.
Because I ordered from Australia, I had to pay $27 in international shipping to send the item back. Even after returning it, I never received any confirmation or communication about the refund.
I paid $49.99, but they only refunded $45.
This was a terrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I will never purchase from this store again.

Terrible quality hoodie.

Bought a hoodie for my daughter £16. Same as temu £3.
The quality is dreadful. I can’t believe a family run business would send such a thing. There is a scag surrounding the whole front where the print is. It’s the worse thing I’ve ever bought online.
