I placed an order online
I placed an order online, the system said they have 4 units. After waiting for a few days, I got a phone call where they said they couldn't find the item in their warehouse so they asked me if I wanted to wait, or cancel. I was impressed that I actually got a phone call as opposed to other places just cancelling the order and sending a refund, but I have to subtract one star for the confusion. I will say that I would order from them again.

Ordering Experience. I was having trouble ordering online…
I was having trouble ordering online (my own trouble) so I called the office and they walked me through it. From there everything went well. They had my order ready before I needed to pick it up and everything was there. We did run into a couple of items being out of stock but with their wide variety of merchandise it wasn't a deal breaker.

The product was as advertised and arrived on schedule. We're taking 1400+ to Africa in a few months to hand out to the kids there. They are small and lightweight, have multiple designs on them, spin quite a while, and the kids will love them!

Good price & good quality
The kids enjoyed the inflatables for After Prom. I was a little disappointed with the size of some of the items. The pictures were a little deceiving to me. However, overall it was a good experience.

Exceptional customer service
Fair pricing and great customer service! I was worried that stuff that I ordered wouldn't get here in time for my son's bd, so I called them and the lady was super accommodating and made sure my order is being processed and shipped asap.
