When I placed my order the staff followed up with me regarding an item that ended up being out of stock. They helped me pick another item and got my order out to me within a day of placing the order. Everyone I spoke to at the business was helpful and very nice to work with.

Great products at a great price
Great products at a great price. The only downside is their shipping. I didn’t think I’d get my package in time and had to order a lot of the items on Amazon also. I was never sent a shipping I could track and so it seemed like my box wouldn’t get here in time for my party. Then it showed up in time without any previous acknowledgment that it had shipped. I’m happy with the items I ordered, but wish I hadn’t felt the need to double order everything to ensure I had what I needed. I’ll always check with ACM in the future for our birthday party needs though since it’s such an amazing deal. Just make sure you order plenty in advance!
