I made a silly mistake due to rushing around and had a lot on my mind. I accidently put petrol in to my diesel car, after searching around i found fuel fix, at the time i was really panicking and was quite worried. When someone arrived they made me feel calm and relaxed knowing i was able to have my car fixed and could carry on trouble free. I would like to thank fuel fix and the gentleman that come to my rescue.

Good service was told 30-60 minutes eta arrived a little after due to traffic but cant fault the service or the technician that came out

After being recovered off the motorway was then recommended these, must the engineer was very impressive. Great stuff

Would recommend filled up with petrol in my bmw in west london and found these guys online when came the guy was v helpful and told me not worry, amazed what they done and over the moon 👍

The company have charged me almost £300 extra (on top of 180 to come out) for some kind of solution as my car wouldn't start.
I've called couple other placed who told me that this is just ridiculous. No such thing is needed to start a car!

They also supposed to put £20 worth of petrol after done (that I've paid for any way) however they never did that!

Its ridiculous how they took advantage of someone that knows not much about this! Please be aware people!

Excellent service. Main dealer wanted thousands. Within 2-3hours my car was back to perfect. Mistakes can be costly but thanks to this services I'm over the moon.thanks fuel fix perfect service

This company is very aggressive, the engineer who came tried to up sell me and would not tak no for an answer, telling me car would be ruined unless I paid an extra £400, I declined and my car is fine. Use the Aa or rac instead

very poor service. misleading and fraudulent, i was charged over £400. Decided to complain to management but got nowhere, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have taken my issue to trading standard.

I was called 2 weeks later and was refunded 300 pounds, Graham was very apologetic and explained they had some problems with staff .

I misfuelled my Diesel Megane with Unleaded petrol and found Fuel Fix ad online. My call was answered promptly and the operator made me aware of price and cancellation fees if I was to change my mind. The road operator arrived within the time given to me. After inspection of the car, he was adamant I had put High Octane fuel in the tank and i confirmed it was normal unleaded. I then received a lecture on fuel and how the wrong fuel might have totally damaged the engine of the car.
After 1 hour of drainage, the car was filled with Diesel but did not start. Despite the efforts (or lack of ) the car did not start. The operator then spielled his sales pitch on a Gold Treatment that could save the car and start the engine,,,Cost? £400 for a 100 ml bottle (equivalent product cost £20 in any retailer. I declined and decided to call RAC. The RAC operator arrived and started the car within 10 minutes. Explanation: You must first prime the engine with fuel before attempting a successful restart.
Conclusion: Fuel Fix did drain the tank but did not start the car, instead leaving me stranded. I really did not like the sales technique and I wonder how many customers fall for it.
