In the past 6 orders I placed I did not receive the quantity I had requested. The only response that is ever given from your customer service is either a refund or a credit. When I reorder the product I get the same results.

I have ordered from this store more than once
I have ordered from this store or more than one occasion and my orders have always arrived on time and in tact. There was something I wanted and it was out of stock but the replacement suggested cost less and was a better product. I will always shop the FSA store for my products.

Since discovery of this online store. I have been able to order things for my aging body that make life more comfortable and less painful. Aids for after knee surgery. Even sun screen for pensing Hawaii trip next year. I am always pleased with ease of ordering and delivery is so fast .usually get within 2 days. As i notice its coming from our nieboring state of Oregon. Thank you for being awesome!

Smooth, efficient return with friendly agent
This was my first order with FSAstore.com. The item I order hadn't arrived after 3 weeks. With all the ships stacked up offshore I wasn't surprised but checked online. Fedex's tracking indicated it was delivered 2 days after the order was placed. !!! I opened a chat on FSAstore.com and their agent, Yanith, had placed a refund request within minutes.
This was the smoothest, most efficient transaction I've had in ages. I asked for store credit because I plan to reorder the same item, and I'm happy to stay with this business.

high prices, slow service
prices are 10-25% higher than Amazon, don't be fooled my the "eligibility guaranteed" and "No Receipts Needed". ordered 2 weeks ago, still waiting. my order has been "getting ready" to ship for 12 days.
AMAZON is cheaper and faster.

Quick Delivery. Quality issues with off-brand gauze products.
Impressed with how quickly products arrived. I really enjoyed not having to save receipts and deal with medical necessity documentation, but the wound bandage supplies (gauze rolls and pads/sponges) were not the best quality. The pads and rolls were too thin and the rolls had elastic-like threading that was catching on and around wound.
