Good UK online retailer

Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts, we appreciate all feedback, both negative and positive.
Unfortunately, we made a mistake and sent an incorrect fabric. This isn't something that happens very often but the two fabrics we mixed up were very similar and a mistake was made.
You contacted us on Friday afternoon but only after we had finished in our studio for the day having completed all the orders. As a small family run business, we do not often work over the weekend so we weren't able to respond to this until Monday morning.
I did see your follow up email sent on the Sunday afternoon. I responded first thing on Monday, apologising and suggesting that we would immediately send the correct fabric and include stamped addressed envelope for the incorrect fabric to be posted at their connivence via a standard Royal Mail post box.
Sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
