Ordered a bouquet for my mom for mothers day, placed the ordered about a week in advance. Said it would deliver between the 10-12.

Get a notification that attempted delivery was on the 10 at 2 different times. I was home all day and no delivery was attempted.

Then I wake up to another notification that a delivery was made at 3 in the morning? Looked outside, and nothing was there.

Contacted their customer service. 1st representative took so long that they disconnected, so had to wait for another one. Same responses as the previous one, but was bit faster. They told me I have to wait until after 8pm on the 12th to file for a refund and said it still can be delivered? But their system says it was already delivered. So I have no way to actually track this, and hope it still arrives or I'll have to wait tomorrow night to file for refund.

Easy to follow and good service

I order from here for my mother for Mother’s Day, I got an order that cost $70+ and she got a completely wrong order. (5/9)
I contacted customer service and they promised another one the next day. (5/10) it never came !
I contacted them again & they said it will come Monday.. which is a day after Mother’s Day. So I decided to ask for a refund and they said they can’t since the order is in “process” for Monday.

It’s not cheap! You’re obviously paying for convenience .. which is now the complete opposite of what it feels like. It would been more of a convenience to actually go to the store and make it smh

Very easy to order lots of very nice variety to choose from, very smooth delivery. Recipient was extremely happy with it.

It came on time; and luckily the recipient was home at the time. However; I was a little nervous not knowing if the gift would have been left on the
Porch, had they not been home. Overall satisfied with the experience.

It was easy and they made it easy for me to choose what I wanted for my wife. Thank you guys for all that you do.

I am not happy. Very bad experience. The time frame is very bad. 9:00 am until 8:00p. The recipient has to stay home and wait all day. Then they are saying the order will be delivered next day. So she has to stay home and wait another day. It’s not guaranteed that the order will be delivered. Very bad. So you can never surprise anyone because the delivery is not guaranteed.

I placed an order for Mothers day. I payed an extra delivery fee, for a Saturday, May 11th or Sunday, May 12th delivery. The order was delivered yesterday Tueday, May 7th my wife and I were very upset and of course the driver did not speak English and told us he was only the driver and have nothing to do with the delivery date. Also I paid for a large Mothers day fruit arrangement, the order that arrived was medium to small and not a large arrangement.

I ordered a fruit basket to be delivered for a special occasion to my friends home. It was delivered when requested and met my needs and looked phenomenal to the recipients.

I am disappointed that it hasn’t been successfully delivered. I understand there hasn’t been anyone available to accept the delivery.

This is my first order with you, not delivered yet. I need a fruit bouquet for a party in June. I got a coupon and already had passport. Because of those two things I opted to try you vs going to a local place. 4 stars because ordering was easy. And one star off because I was not able to select a Saturday morning devliery. The party is at 2pm Sat. I ordered it for Friday even though storing it a day may be hard. Final opinion will come if it is delivered on time, looks great and taste great the next day.

I had to cancel the order that was placed because it was not delivered and I was unable to get a redelivery date. So Intacart to the rescue!

How absolutely disgusting customer service. I sent a fruit bouquet to a friend in the hospital. She go discharged today, the same day it was to be delivered. I chatted with a customer service rep that told me all they could say is that it would be there by 8pm. I asked them to cancel the order and I would place another to go to their residence rather than the hospital. They said they could not because the order was being prepared. All I got were canned messages. I got an email 2 hours later saying they were now preparing my order? NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Please learn from my mistake, send it to your own house or their house and someone can hand deliver it.

I chose Fruit Bouquets as something special to send to family members recovering from viral infections. The bouquet arrived on time & they were delighted with it! What an appealing way to get them all to take a little more vitamin C into their daily meals! Thank you!

I've ordered before and never had a problem. I forgot to include my 20% off coupon with my recent order. I went online to customer service and Warren very graciously adjusted my total and applied the discount issuing a refund for the difference. That's good customer service!

This was the only company I could find that would deliver to a small town for an extremely lower rate than other companies. The strawberries looked amazing and they said they tasted awesome! It was a sympathy delivery and they enjoyed it!
