They shipped by UniUni & I never received my order. The shipping company says it can't be delivered.

My cards got hacked when I tried to purchase two items that were on sale. The checkout page had 2 boxes for debit/credit cards and 3 options for paying on a payment plan. They allegedly advertised taking Venmo, Paypal, and others, but those were not options on the page. I tried using two different cards, but they were both declined. Several days later, weird transactions tried to come through on those cards. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Dissapointed in item sent. We purchased one direct from frosty buddy and another feom Amazon. Cups got damaged within days.
We use just for light travel to and from school for our 7 year old son. He rides in our car and uses at school in the classroom.

I would leave a review on the actual product itself..but I haven't received it yet..going on 2 weeks and I finally got a email after trying to contact them 3 times saying one of the cuos i ordered was out of stock..ok so why couldn't they had told me that weeks ago..then I get on the website and look cup is still on it and they are still selling it...this company has to be the worst customer service and shipping that I have ever dealt with...would not order from them unless you want to wait forever and guess if all your order will show up..if it shows up..frustrating!!

Finally got my Thicc Frostbuddy in the UT Austin design. The cup itself is absolutely beautiful, the look, the size I give 5 stars. I love the fact that I can sip from a straw or drink from the top. I really like the whole straw thing, and the lip piece is very comfortable and smartly made. I Still had ice in my cup after leaving it my car in the Texas heat for 5 hours. I really love this new cup.

What I didn't like was the shipping, tracking and packaging of my product. The shipping and tracking just sucked it, if this company really wants to push itself to the next level it needs to work out the whole tracking it uses and last mile delivery. Last mile delivery took more than 5 days.

The package my cups came in was open and the and the boxes themselves were destroyed, luckily the cups were still in pristine shape.

Beautiful product. Had a problem with open package and missing one of my “buddies”. On a Friday night at 8 pm customer service of Frostbuddy answered me and shipped my missing “buddy”. My husband is excited to receive another one of his anniversary gifts and the one I got, I absolutely love. Please keep up the great work!

I recently purchased a Frost Buddy mug and unfortunately had an issue with the lid while I was cleaning it. I reached out to customer service, and I was so impressed with how quickly they responded! They were friendly, helpful, and immediately offered to send me a replacement lid ASAP.

It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. I already loved my Frost Buddy, and this experience makes me feel even better about purchasing from them. Great product and excellent customer service! I will definitely purchase from Frost Buddy again. 💕

I bought a couple different Frostbuddy tumblers and bottles and I absolutely LOVE the designs on the them. However, shipping was delayed and did not get any communication from them whatsoever until I contacted them after about 1-1 1/2 weeks after ordering. The bottles and tumblers do not keep my drinks cold or keep the ice either. The ice seems to melt almost instantly. Personally, for the price of these cups, bottles, etc. I do not feel it is worth the hassle. I was highly disappointed.

I will NEVER order from frost buddy ever again! When placed my order 8/28 it said 2-4 day shipping. It took longer then that to get some fake tracking number that showed my package just sitting somewhere for days and days. They have no customer service number everything is don via email. As of today 9/13
It now says delivered and guess what I have no package. I am pretty sure this whole thing was a scam I have requested a full refund and I don’t get it I’ll up this complain to fraud and BBB. Do yourself a favor and order Stanley or Hydrojug

Spent approximately $50 on a Cubs legacy water bottle 45 days ago and it's already peeling. Never put in the dishwasher. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

The design of the lid is great. Can't say anything bad about that. The designs on the outside of the cup very cool. I have two Michigan and one Yankee and love them. Now for the bad none of them hold ice for more than 5 hours. My cheaper RTIC tumblers ice will last a day and a half. So the only reason I'm giving them a three is because of the lid and the outside designs. As far as holding temperature, that would be a one-star trash

i ordered over 12 days ago and no item delivered i just seen that Uni Uni delivers these products. This is a bad company Uni Uni is a scam company and now Frost Buddy is in that same boat absolutely NO customer service i already contacted my CC company Thanks for nothing Frost buddy

I dropped my Frost Buddy water thermos and the sipping piece broke off. I reached out to the company on their website to see if I could order a replacement piece.

They promptly responded that they no longer have that model but I could pick out a replacement of my choice at no charge.

The replacement arrived within a few days and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Paint chipping off tumblers. Ordered 8/20 from their stupid TickTock shop. They sent me shipping 8/24 but it's no good - carrier never got it - and they refuse to answer my emails or CS calls. But they can sure as hell email customers on Easter about inappropriate religious nonsense which is so unprofessional. Keep your Jesus crap out of my inbox.

This company is terrible with customer service. they use a second rate delivery company for delivery's Uni Uni they said the cup could not be delivered to my business address that we were closed i work in a 24 hr a day homeless shelter that never closes we get people and delivery's all times of the day and night. then when i put in a request for a refund they denied it. this is a rip off company. don't i repeat don't purchase anything from them.

I am giving three stars as an average score...Here's the deal...
-First Frost buddy I bought from Amazon because I did not want to pay for shipping...I got a 50oz Thicc Buddy... I actually was not 100 percent happy because I wanted the one lid and they didn't even have them for my cup..yet...I ended up spending $13 on a ONE LID that is Black not pink like my cup....the one lid locks in place and doesnt leak... I love the quality..
-Second Purchase-I got a To Go buddy for my morning coffee run.. Super cute back to school design...I even pay $20 for "2 day" shipping....A week later I got my cup...I like it. even though I spent $60 on it including shipping...it even came with a one lid for it...
-Chatting with Customer Service- I told them that I love their products, and I run a school I want to get my teachers some to go buddies, but the cost is WAYYYYY high...but I wondered if they would do some deal, discount, give me dented ones, bad prints, anything...I was told tell us what you want and we will work out a deal...I told everyone I could how amazing they are to teachers...I let them know ideas we had and I got a message back, We arent looking to work with anyone just now...That upset me, they gave me 15% off a cup to buy one...I was sad, they got my hopes up, I think it was messed up
Another order-This time the universal bottle buddy XL...and my one lid for my cup-I did standard shipping which is still INSANE at $6...I got it in the same amount of time as my $20 shipping...LESSON LEARNED

unfortunately the Customer Service, cost, shipping and the like gave me a bad taste in my mouth....

I purchased two Universal XLs, a pink one for my wife and a blue one for myself. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the product and Frost Buddy’s return policy.

The blue Universal XL has a strange rubberized texture that I really don’t care for. Also, the Universal XL doesn’t work nearly as universally as I expected. We drink 16 oz Sparkling Ice bottles that are tall and skinny, and getting one to fit requires a surprising amount of force to push the bottle down far enough for the Frost Buddy lid to screw on. I also tried a regular Coke can using the included adapter, and it still didn’t fit properly.

I contacted Frost Buddy about returning them, but because I had opened the packaging, they refused the return. That’s frustrating because these are fit-and-feel issues that you really can’t discover without opening the product and trying it.

If you’re considering a Universal XL, I’d make absolutely sure your specific drinks fit before ordering. Based on my experience, “Universal” is a bit of a stretch, and the return policy doesn’t give you much room to find that out for yourself.

Placed an order 8/24, paid extra 19.99 for 2 day shipping and still have not received even a shipping notification. Only acknowledgement that my order was received and money taken out of my account.

Note- If there is no customer service number, DO N OT ORDER!

I love my frost buddy’s I have one of each. They all work really well.I did have a long wait for one item but I knew that going in because it was the last one and they stated that. It is beautiful and well worth the wait, it has sharks on it! Y'all quit hating on this company! I’m a yeti and a frost buddy fan!

Placed an order for Braves Thick Buddy on August 8. Item shipped on August 10. As of today, August 20, I have not received my item. Shipping shows out for delivery on August 19 with UniUni shipping. Tracking states it can take 72hrs for final delivery. Really!? There is no customer service number to call Frost Buddy or UniUni. I am convinced Frost Buddy is a couple of bro’s making items in their parent’s garage. My first and last purchase with them. Should have ordered another Braves Yeti.
