Frontier Windows Recenzje

I’m still waiting for Frontier Windows to respond to me. I placed an order several weeks ago and paid a 50% deposit based on their 3–4 week installation timeframe and assurances that the windows were already in production. That timeframe has long passed, and despite sending multiple emails and follow‑ups, my messages have been ignored. I’ve received no confirmed specification, no installation date, and no meaningful update on the order.

The lack of communication has disrupted other trades and falls well below the expectations set at the start. I’m still hoping this will be resolved, but at the moment it has been extremely difficult to get any response from the company.

Update13.01.2026
After receiving a request from Frontier Windows to amend my review (I still haven’t received all the promised information from them) I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves by sending me the information required for my planning permission, as it was delaying the installation. Despite further reminders to them, I’m STILL waiting for a reply and the requested information!

Just had a new front door fitted by Frontier Windows
The whole team was very cooperative and knowledgeable
Understand my need and explain everything in detail
Installation done on time
Will definitely use them for any future

Frontier Windows did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was professional, communication was clear, and the fitting was absolutely immaculate. The new windows have already improved the comfort and efficiency of my home, and the price was fair enough to put a smile on my face. Big thanks to Vik and Awais — I’d definitely recommend Frontier Windows for quality work and great service.

I recently had Frontier Windows install new uPVC windows, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly from the start.

The installers did a brilliant job—arrived on time, worked neatly, and the finish is spot on. The windows themselves look fantastic and have already made the house warmer and quieter.

Communication was great throughout, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Frontier Windows to anyone looking for quality uPVC windows and reliable service.

After looking around for a trustworthy company to upgrade my home, I chose Frontier Windows—and I’m genuinely glad I did. I had five UPVC windows and an aluminium bifold door installed, and the whole experience was excellent.

A big mention to Awais, who handled the sales side. He was incredibly informative, honest, and helpful, making sure I understood all my options without any pressure. His guidance made the decision process so much easier.

On the installation side, Vik was fantastic. His communication was clear and consistent, and he kept me updated throughout the entire job. The installation itself was done with real care and attention to detail. The UPVC windows look great and have already improved warmth and noise levels in the house. The aluminium bifold door is stunning—smooth to operate and a real transformation to the space.

The team worked efficiently, respected my home, and left everything clean once they were done. It’s rare to find a company that combines professional service, quality products, and great customer care, but Frontier Windows really delivered.

I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Frontier Windows to anyone looking for new windows or doors. Excellent service from start to finish, with special thanks to both Awais and Vik for making the experience so smooth.

I had a terrible experience with this windows company. The quality of the product was far below what was promised The installation team was unprofessional.
On top of that, customer service was almost impossible to reach. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were dismissive and offered no real solutions. I’ve wasted time, money, and patience dealing with this company. I strongly recommend choosing a different provider.

Extremely disappointed. The windows are very bad quality—flimsy materials, poor sealing, and already showing problems. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable.

The window experience went smoothly on both properties however there was issues with the door at both properties. I highly recommend them for windows but not the doors.

Post sales follow up for malfunction, non existent, despite persistent calling, texting, whatsApping = zero answers over days and weeks, some promise of coming one day, never turned up and no message or excuse. Product initially ok but STAY AWAY from this company

Great customer service and great product. Will definitely use them again.

I recently had my windows replaced by Frontier Windows, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The team brought an impressive mix of professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for their work.

From the first consultation, it was clear they weren’t just trying to sell windows—they wanted to find the right solution for my home. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless (a rare thing these days!). The new windows don’t just look great—they’ve already made a noticeable difference in both comfort and energy efficiency.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and pride in their work. Every corner, every seal, every finish looked flawless. Frontier Windows doesn’t just install windows—they upgrade your whole living experience.

If you want quality, honesty, and craftsmanship that lasts, Frontier Windows is the company to trust.

All in all, very pleased with the complete job, i ordered black windows, and the finished product is great, it stands out from the rest of the street

The price was very fair, and Vik was key in orchestrating things to ensure a smooth process from start to finish, even sending a crew out when a minor issue came to my attention later on which was then amended.

Have done my fathers and my own windows with these people so very confident they can provide a great service to your liking.

Just had a new bay window fitted by Frontier Windows, and wow — what a difference! The whole process was smooth from the start. The rep who came out really took the time to explain the styles and options, which helped me pick exactly what I wanted. On the day of the install, the fitters were super friendly and worked so neatly — not a bit of mess left behind. The new bay window looks stunning, fits perfectly, and really opens up the room. Couldn’t be happier with the result!

Frontier Windows has exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The communication was clear, the installers were respectful of my home and the finished product looks amazing. You can clearly tell they take huge pride in their work. Absolutely amazing, I’m glad I made the right choice!

The team at Frontier windows are beyond amazing. They just finished my windows and doors and I am absolutely in love with my homes new look. Not only are they professional but they listen to your wants and needs. One of the things I also liked about this company is their transparency and honesty, if something doesn’t seem right they will give you their recommendations and then it’s up to you. I will recommend frontier windows anyday, anytime anywhere. Thank you team!

Vik and his team came to fit triple glazed windows. From measuring the original windows to coming back to fit the new ones, all work was carried out carefully and done well. The team worked very hard and fitted all 4 windows (including a bay window) all within one day. The windows look fantastic.

Professional installation carried out to a high standard. I was kept regularly updated with the manufacturing process, the fitting was carried out on time and to a high standard. The window fitters were clean tidy and helpful .. Highly recommend this company, many thanks to you .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Window Installation Experience!

From start to finish, my experience with Frontier Windows was absolutely exceptional. The entire process—from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough—was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

The sales team was knowledgeable and patient, helping me choose the right windows for my home without any pressure. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, treated my home with care, and worked efficiently while maintaining a spotless workspace. They removed my old windows, installed the new ones, and left everything cleaner than they found it.

The craftsmanship is truly top-notch. The new windows fit perfectly, look beautiful, and have already made a noticeable difference in both comfort and energy efficiency. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail—the trim work is flawless, and the seals are airtight.

What stood out most was the professionalism of the team. They were courteous, respectful, and took the time to explain the features of my new windows and answer all my questions. It’s rare to see such pride in workmanship these days, and it gave me complete confidence that I made the right choice.

I highly recommend Frontier Windows to anyone considering window replacement or installation. Their combination of quality, expertise, and customer service is unmatched. I’ll definitely be calling them & recommending them to friends & family.

They were so quick and efficient with their quote. They really sold me when I had my first consultation. Awais was amazing from the start and by the time we had it installed we had realised that he beat the competition in pricing by miles. (The other company got back to me 3 days later).

Will definitely be using him again for our extension.

Sales staff were informative and knowledgeable, understood my needs and did not take hours like other companies
Decided to go ahead with Frontier Windows after seeing their window and getting a good deal
Fitting was absolutely seamless and without problems.
Really pleased with my decision

Very happy with quality and speed of delivery and service, would highly recommend.
