Wonderful platform where I was able to rent a cargo bike for fun.

Love it.

The FriendWithA site made it easy to find a nearby cargo bike and connect with the person renting it with questions, prior to making a rental. It made the process a smooth one because it took the guessing out of it. Definitely recommend!

I have only rented once using the website and it was a very easy and pleasurable experience. I hope all future rental experiences are as pleasant.

I had a positive first experience renting from Experience PNW via FriendsWithA. What an ingenious idea and it was convenient and priced fairly. The rooftop rack we rented was well-maintained and a quality piece. The owner helped install it on our car and we had great communication throughout. I would rent from them again!

Its a good platform. I've used it a half dozen times and it just works, protecting both the renter and the owner. At first I kinda thought the messaging system was clunky. But really, it's fine for what it needs to do. I've not used any of the problem resolution features. But so far I haven't needed to.

I was able to rent a bike on the platform and felt secure about my transaction. The user I rented from was great as well.

I will keep renting out things to help my community, I have been into the sharing economy over 20 years since Airbnb and Turo first started. It's great to share things and have them paid for by others.

The whole concept behind Friendwitha is brilliant. I wanted to try an expensive cargo bike before making a huge purchase. With nowhere in Canada to test it, trying another owners bike was the only option. Friendwitha allowed the bike owner to lend her equipment on a fully insured platform, minimizing any risk to either of us.

Pretty easy to use and fair payments structure when renting out your stuff. They listen and available when you have suggestions or issues. Only thing I'd wish they offer is higher insurance coverage.
