As with all Frias managed properties, this unit was wonderful. Have used Frias 6 times.
Nicely updated property with great management.
This unit has it all from the view to the fully equipped kitchen not to mention the decor was beautiful!

Beautiful unit. Recently redecorated in a very appealing modern Aspen style. Very comfortable and convenient location.
My every request was met and the unit was clean and cared for. Felt homey!
The unit is very comfortable and updated, though the master king bed needs to be replaced as the sags on the sides with a mound in the middle. The bed sheet & linens are very nice. The curtain in the master also needs to be changed to blackout. And, The fireplace needs to be fixed to create heat, not a light bulb. Walking into town was nice. Note, if skiing I would suggest leaving ski's at the mountain.

We wanted to let you know that the owner of this condominium reinstalled the gas fireplace, so it is now fully functional and provides a wonderful ambiance. We think guests will really enjoy Chateau Roaring Fork 25 this winter!
