Regular contact and communication. We are contacted regularly and kept up to date with everything. We have been with Eve, Stuart and the team for over 20 yrs I think and they have never let us down and always gone above and beyond with all our financial dealings. Easy process
I went to Allanya for mortgage advice on buying my first home. She kept me informed along the way with all stages of the process, advised me of different rates and what products are best suited to what I need. I have used Fresh Finance Group for decades now for both Mortgages and Insurances and I can honestly say they are amazing. I keep going back to them because they take the time to listen to my needs, provide sound advice, find me the best products to suit my needs (short and long term) and are on top of the whole process from beginning to end acting as a welcome intermediary between myself, product providers and lawyers. DO NOT TOUCH THIS FIRM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Following their dismissal for poor performance , the firm not only failed to provide agreed credits but access our Xero account and sold and or distributed our company contracts to third party firms . They did not seek our permission to do so.
The behavior was the direct opposite of what you would expect from a reputable firm acting unethically, breaching data protection, attempting to gain from the sale of our confidential information. Simply put they are unprofessional and dangerous in my honest opinion.
