Words cannot adequately express the appreciation felt toward Soto Jonas, owner of Freon Doctor, for the compassion and understanding he has shown for the situation my wife and I are experiencing with our tenants. Mr. Jonas responds immediately to our calls and texts with HVAC questions and service requests even if it is after normal business hours or during holidays. Thank God we have a maintenance agreement with Freon Doctor because our tenants have attempted on more than one occasion to mess around with our HVAC system and then claim it isn’t working properly. Soto Jonas has saved us a lot of money by taking time to explain the system to the tenants over the phone as well as in person. On New Year’s Eve 2020, Soto Jonas had to be called to our house and he quickly identified what the tenant had done to cause the furnace not to come on to heat the downstairs portion of our house. Mr. Jonas corrected the situation and did a full maintenance service to verify the entire HVAC system was working properly and even verified the amount of fuel in our propane tank. We are blessed to be doing business with Freon Doctor as we are out of state at present. We needed a trustworthy professional to assess the situation, quickly identify the issue and resolve it without causing us to pay a huge unexpected and unnecessary bill. We are beyond satisfied with the personalized service and high quality of all the work that has been performed by Freon Doctor. We cannot thank Soto Jonas enough for all he has done to assist us.

Outstanding Preventive Maintenance service by superb technicians Mike & Jim on Friday, April 24. They are superior professionals that did a fantastic job of service to the air conditioning (HVAC) system both indoors and outside. With corona virus precaution and normal clean service techniques, they maintained social distance procedure, wore masks and booties, and provided thorough clean-up. The owner, Soto, came by to review the quality of work performed and provided the best, highest attitude and assurance of supporting the customer in every way possible. Freon Doctor has my highest superlative recommendation as the most outstanding I have seen in over 50 years of home ownership (first house in 1969). Well done. Great job. Thank you.
