I would like to thank the lovely team at the French Quarter who upon seeing the address on a gift voucher order proactively contacted me to ask if I was trying to buy a voucher for a restaurant of the same name in Newcastle- I was! They explained that this a regular occurrence and promptly refunded my payment.

I’ve been a customer of the French Quarter for over 15 years. The service is fantastic, the products are gorgeous and amazing quality with very reasonable pricing, even after moving 250 miles away I still order from Lin and her girls and have kitted out my new home with all her gorgeous bits. I ordered 2 gift cards worth £200 for Christmas presents. However I ordered them from this company instead of a different company with the same name. Lin contacted me immediately to ask me if it was her company I meant to order from, or the company in Newcastle. It was the company in Newcastle that I intended to order from. She kindly refunded my money immediately. I was very grateful and impressed, as she could easily just have sent me vouchers for her company without questioning it.
