I received my first order today from this co., the first surprise is I got 3 out of 5 items only in the box delivered. The quality is poor... not even okay. The pant delivered is 6 inches more in measurement than my order and what suprised me more that all the tags which come inside for material composition are missing. Then I took help of internet to go deeper in the issue/reviews and got to learn all the scam happening.

What they show on site, and how they talk before the order placed and now what I have received are just opposite.Looks like my money will also go waste, becoz no guarantee of return pickup, size , quality, just waste of time money and energy.

This company is Sham!! Scam!! My husband ordered a bandhgala and a few jackets from here, in March.

The bandhgala that came first, was nowhere close to what they showed on their site page. The Fabric was horrible. Size was abnormal. The sleeves were too short. Chest was too loose. Colour was different too. Obviously we called them for refund and cancelled all other orders.
To our horror— they refused to cancel even the orders that were to anrrive after two weeks. They got the banghglaa collected but refused to refund our money for the bandhgala.
The worst part— they did not deliver the other three jackets that we had ordered. And today a heavy amount of money lies with them and they’re not taking our calls too. They had said they would give us a credit note valid for a year— which was horrible by itself as we were now forced to consciously throw our money into something we knew was bad. We were forced to choose what we did not like but nothing came ever as we do not have any credit note till date.

Please be extremely cautious of this site. What looks good on screen is actually fake. Once your money is gone you’ve lost it forever.

Really horrible customer service.

I ordered multiple cloths on 10th Oct where their delivery in near by locations too quite time and i got my cloths by 23rd-24th Oct then due to size issue i requested for exchange for half cloths and rest for refund on 25th Oct.

Return was not picked up for many day where i reached out to them then i was given option for tailor made sizes for my selection which i agreed initially basis on commitment delivery before 10th Nov and they were supposed to pick up return.

so they i raised complained for return pick up which was initiated in their system on 4th Nov after whats app chat. today is 12th Nov and it is not yet taken initiative to pick up return and thsir commitment to deliver by 10th Nov gone for toss.

being customer i am chasing them for pick up and new cloths delivery.

No support from them, multiple commitment failed, no business ethics, no customer service on top of that they said do what ever you want and raise wherever wants but we will process as per our comfort. Also their executive said we plan every day with consumer court issues after i said ill complain in consumer court if you do not deliver my order.

Such poor ethics of this company. only making big company by looting customers money and make to beg for their orders. No shame to such people.

Ordered a suit from them. First the positives: it arrived fairly quick (shipped from India) and the customer service is pretty responsive. The bad: I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious as I knew the material was 100% polyester. However, this is on the lower end polyester. It has that really plastic and oily texture and feel, almost like it’s a Halloween costume. Also, the sizing was off, way too small. The trouble began when I contacted them and asked to exchange for a larger size. They didn’t have the same style anymore so they offered to ship a new suit at no extra charge, just pay shipping and keep the original order. I accepted and they sent me measurements to take so that they can make a new suit for me. They did not specify or refer to their exchanges policy that I needed to send the measurements back within 14 days. After I sent back my measurements, they said it was too late and outside of their 14 day exchange window and is no longer eligible. What a joke. Poor quality, poor service. If you’re not happy with your order, get the refund. Don’t mess around with the exchanges. Better yet, just stay away from this company entirely. You can get better quality from Temu. After this experience with French Crown, I ordered one from Temu for half the price and better quality and selection too. Or just get a suit from Zara or HM, French Crown… more like Indian Trash coupled with a scam call centre customer service

Buy from French Crown only if you want to waste your money!
The product quality is bad and the service quality is worse. They are least concerned with customer satisfaction and only want to make money. They deduct money if the customer returns a product, only substandard brands do so, also they do not have reverse pickup service in all locations. The customer service does not respond nor do they have the courtesy to call back the customer. The only reason they're selling is they have received some momentum and brand exposure due to Shark Tank. In a nutshell, it's not worth the money!

Ho acquistato una Giacca ( valore 89 euro ) ho dovuto pagare la Dogana con 40 euro. Quando ho compilato l’ordine da nessuna parte viene riportato il Dazio dello stato.
Sono stato ingannato, sconsiglio a chiunque

French 👑 simply go for it trust worthy and genuine product delivery will be 10 to 15 days other than that experience is good.

It was my first purchase with French crown and it is was a great experience, all the garments were a perfect fit and I loved them. They look just the way they are advertised on the website💕.

Ordered products on 27/12/22, received on 09/01/23 - a long wait, but I knew they were coming from overseas. When the order finally arrived I was shocked by the appallingly bad quality of all the items. The suit was all creased up, terrible quality material and a very bad fit. The company's website boasts a "no questions asked return policy" with "free returns within 60 days" and that all one has to do is contact them via online form, email or Whatsapp and request a return, and after receipt of goods a refund will be processed within 24 hours. Well, let me assure you, there is no evidence whatsoever that the company abides by its returns policy. I submitted a request to return for a full refund on the day I received the order (09/01/23) and to date this request has been ignored, despite numerous attempts on my part via email and Whatsapp to elicit a response. I then went ahead and returned the order on 14/01/23 and I have confirmation of receipt of the goods at their UK warehouse on 18/01/23. I have since had no confirmation of receipt of the return, nor that the full refund will be made (remember, refunds are supposed to be processed within 24 hours of receipt of return). To make matters even worse, I have received an invoice from Fedex for import charges, amounting to about one third of the total order. At NO POINT during the ordering process is the buyer made aware that extra charges will be imposed; the statement is simply made that all orders over 49 USD benefit from free shipping, this applying to all destinations worldwide. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS VERY MISLEADING STATEMENT. Please do not make the same mistake as me and please avoid any temptation to to place an order with this company. TAKE NOTE of the message posted by Trustpilot UK regarding the number of fake reviews for this company that have been removed - further evidence that it cannot be trusted. I have submitted a claim via Paypal for a full refund, as I have had no evidence that an acceptable solution will result from communication with the company.

The product brought is excellent, fabric and colour is good and as per expectation. The way the customer care deal is very satisfactory and appreciate.

I have received the clothes. It’s of good quality and comfortable to wear. Very lightweight material, great color and fit, Excellent appearance, Casual wear! Very pretty and love the soft fabric!

Very good variety, quality & pricing. True value for money. Most appreciating part is that after sales service is very good, especially, the Exchange/Return process.

Can possibly get better value for the money. Suit came wrinkle free and ready to wear.The sleeves were surprisingly not too long and this won’t require a visit to the tailor.

I like the material and the smooth feel. The color is the same of imagen. It’s perfect. I love it. I liked the way it fits,I like the material and how it's made! I'll be ordering another one soon!
