Good product, but ABYSMAL customer service and support! It took them almost a month to respond to my email!

Placed an order a month ago which guaranteed delivery in 1-5 days. Obviously, I, along with thousands of others, have not received anything. Requested a refund and, over a week later, received a generic response providing me a shipping update and "if I wanted a refund then they will process it". I replied, "I requested a refund in my first email, please process it". ANOTHER week later, received a response "are you SURE you want to MISS OUT on the EDEN EXPERIENCE? if you are SURE then I can process the refund just let me know."

I have already requested a refund twice over several weeks and they are still trying to steal my money. Avoid this terrible company.

Placed an order in November. Was told the hoodies would ship Dec 5th. By Dec 19th it still hadn't shipped. The company ghosted me for weeks, the finally said they'd refund me, but instead shipped the merchandise and has not responded to my emails.

Do not risk your money on an item that is probably drop shipped from China.

Order placed 11/23/2025, promised by Christmas, still no ship date received as of 01/04/2026. I sent several emails and received automated responses stating I would receive items by Christmas, then offering gifts for the the delay. Horrible service, over promising and under delivering. If they are on back order, at least as "temporarily out of stock."

I have sent multiple email messages first asking when I would receive my item and then telling them to cancel my item because it was too late for the holidays. They say that they will cancel but yet they don’t do it and then AFTER the holidays the item ships. This is a horrible company!! BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FREE THE SHEEP!!

Communication is poor! When I ordered it said BOGO and would be shipped in 4 days. Their phone number has a recording saying not accepting phone calls. Going through their website I could only get a respond saying ordered received. It was a requested Christmas gift for my grandson that was ordered in November. It was finally received 12-26 but only 1 not the bogo so far 4 emails has received no response. With Shipping $240 seen very similar at Menards for $40.00

They keep selling, but don’t deliver.

I bought on Black Friday. They never came in for Christmas. While trying desperately to reach them, I notice they erase all bad reviews, never respond by email, and 3 days before Christmas wrote a “sob story” on Reddit. They continuously take orders AND money, and claim to be transparent- but they are only honest once called out multiple times. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Get this company to fail!!! They do NOT know how to do business. They steal your money and do NOT deliver. 4 days after Christmas I received another email stating they “hope” to send my product out in 2-4 weeks. They pretend it’s a supply issue. But when I checked out reviews - this has been happening to them for OVER A YEAR. They are scammers - people who keep selling a product they cannot deliver on, and when people try to warn other customers on their social media pages - they block and delete the comments. DO NOT BUY. Take your business elsewhere.

They take your order, charge your money and then do not deliver keeping making excuses "we are the small team, we will ship it soon". It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and the order was placed 11/30. Scam.

Scam!! Took my order in early Dec for the hoodie, told it would be here before Christmas. Have emailed several times to get tracking, and then to cancel.

Today I got an email from the founder about all the problems they’ve had over the last few weeks, supply chain, docks, and telling me “transparently” that they are to blame for “communication” problems with customers.

DUDE YOU KNEW THERE WERE PROBLEMS AND YOU STILL TOOK MY ORDER AND MONEY and promised FedEx would bring it before Christmas!

You tell customers on 12/22, after all the assurances, to get it on Amazon instead? YOU have my $ and I’m not able to pay AGAIN and also Amazon is showing 12/27 delivery.

I filed this as fraud with Amex because that’s what it is. Don’t order from this SCAM company

Placed order on October 24, 2025 and it is now December 22nd with no ship date in the foreseeable future. I have emailed and keep getting the same response with them saying it “should” be going out in upcoming week. It’s been going on 9 weeks!!! Do not buy!

Was told I should be happy with an order confirmation telling me that something was backordered after funds were collected for a Black Friday sale for a gift for the Holidays. I told them this needs to be prefaced before an order that it's probably not going to get here by Dec. 25th. Stopped responding when I questioned their logic. No option to cancel or refund. Daughter not getting her main Gift now.

I ordered on November 5th and still no news, no tracking number. Each time I reach them they tell me they are a small team, that carefully prepare every order and that they will ship my order within 72 hours (3 times now).

This morning I received a tracking number. From China. So. I am assuming the orders are not prepared by a small team and sent from the States like a though. It's a chinese product. Just so you know cause I didn't think that that was what I was encouraging.

I purchased two hoodies from this website almost 3 months ago!!!!!! and I still can not see any sign of my order, I have not gotten my package and this website is a straight up scam, don't fall for it bc they will not deliver your order even though it seems like a trustworthy site. I have sent emails that just respond with saying it's getting shipped "soon", they said that a month ago. this is so unprofessional, so disappointing and such a shitty website, just a scam. DO NOT BUY. I first got my shipping information a month after ordering, AFTER I complained about not getting it in the first place, and it didn't even have any information, it just stands in the same useless place and not moving. but should I be surprised with this pathetic name you call a website. you should be embarrassed, I hope this whole "business" flops. you can see all these other reviews is under really fake names so obviously the website is making fake reviews.

Sent items, received items. They smell so bad unusable. If I wash cannot return. 5 days return policy. Spent $300 offered $50 in store credit.

DO NOT BUY from them. Here's my experience with this company. Ordered a month ago. They send me the wrong color. Emailed them with pictures asking for the obvious solution- for them to send me the right item and a prepaid postage label to send the wrong item back.

Oh if only it was that easy! All I got back was instructions on how to do a return on their website. The best case scenario was that I would have to pay return shipping and handling for a large bulky item, wait another 2 months for them to process the return and then maybe I will get the right item. But even that was too much to ask for because when I tried to do the return online, their system rejected it. When I explained all these issues to customer service and requested an appropriate solution, they ghosted me. They don't have a direct line, so ghosting is super easy.

So now I am stuck with an item that I don't want that I paid huge chunk of change for. They have a callous disregard for customer satisfaction which is evident in their rude argumentative responses on this thread. Do yourself a favor and stay away. No matter how good their products might be it's not worth it if you never even get what you paid for.

Ordered mid October - it is now mid November. No shipping date given despite frequent chasing - “maybe December” was the closest I could get to a commitment and that was after multiple chasing emails. I have no faith that the order will be fulfilled so have cancelled snd asked for a refund.

Absolutely shocking experience. Over 5 weeks and items not even been sent out yet. Whilst generic responses received no information provided on sending date - refund requests go completely unanswered. I simply keep getting, I believe, BOT response we’re doing our best be patient. Items required for an event and are not cheap …. Avoid at all costs as company simply not geared up to operate effectively… takes your money and leave you waiting … shocking

I was gonna buy their eden hoddie, untill i found and read their policy where they pretty much strip them selves for any liability for the product when its send out, even if it was a factory error. Also you cant even get your money back if you return it since they only give you store credit in return. Also, they keep doing a buy one Get one free for 2 days, but when the 2 days run out, it just resets back to 2 days, they trying to make you impulse buy their product without noticing their sketchy policy's.

Terrible customer service, took almost two months to receive my order, and everytime I’d contact the company I’d get generic AI like responses never anything helpful.

placed several orders, including some with next-day shipping with up-charge, yet I still have not received them after more than two weeks. One item appears to be lost or is no longer trackable. Customer service has been poor, taking over 72 hours to respond to emails and failing to answer my questions when they do reply. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
