I ordered a watch on December 9th, and still waiting for it, very disappointed 😔

Very disappointed in both watch's they don't hold a charge! 😡

I received 2 watches and 1 had a slight issue. After messaging with a customer service representative I was sent a new one. Highly satisfied and definitely a great company with a clear goal. 👍👍

A simple and straight forward process. 2x free watches ordered, and arrived within around 14 days. Simple to set up once I plugged the watch into my USB charger the correct way round! An easy device to navigate, simple readings, more or less accurate indicators of health levels.

I like your watch, but I have been having trouble getting it to sync with the Samsun Galaxy S9 phone. recently I had to exchange phones due to an accident I had with my phone. The watch worked great with that phone. the phone that I received as a replacement will not sync with the watch. I have studied the instructions almost every day. I had planned on giving some of them as gifts, but I have changed my mind about that for now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I ordered this watch on December 5th. Paid for the express shipping, which it said 5 to 9 working days. Here it is December 28th and still no watch. Extremely disappointed with the process.

This is a nice watch for anyone that wants to keep a track of there steps, oxygen levels and anything else. The face of the watch is big so you can see. It is a wonderful last minute gift idea for a loved one.

Three weaks for delivery charge them up set to the phones works great if id waited a few weaks later they would have been cheaper in the sale but that's my luck ha thank you

It would be nice to review the watch, but considering I h ve never received it I cannot say anything - except thanks but no thanks for nothing.

I am very disappointed! This watch will not sync with my Apple 11 watch. It will show time and day of the month (wrong day and month). Time is incorrect. Battery will nothold charge.

After I posted the review below the company reached out to me and apologized for everything that went wrong. They promised to take care of my smart watch and I'm pleased with hearing from them.
Now I'm not the type to just bad mouth a company for no reason then when they do good don't give them their accolades, but they said miscommunication. So let's say Smart Watch is back on my A list.

I got received the smart band watch. Charged it for one whole day and it never turned on. I emailed them to tell them the watch was broken they sent me an email back showing me how to put it in the charge position when I emailed an advised that it was the exact way that I did, they then emailed me back to say send them a video showing how I did it I just left it alone. I'm disabled and I don't have time for all of that back and forth. I spend a lot of time at the doctor's office so for me it was a waste of a good $20. Not a good experience.

I don't have a smart phone. Will this work on my computer? If not, then I have an unused watch.

Could not sync with my android samsong 20 more the one person tried to sync it watching the video.reading instructions disappointed was excited now I have a object to just look at want a refund.

Delivery took a little over 2 weeks, a bit slow. I was skeptical at first because of the low price, but I am amazed with this smart watch. Everything works very well. Nicely interfaces with my iPhone. I’ve only used it a few days, but I am continually discovering new features that this watch offers! This is my first smart watch, but I’m hooked-I will never go back to a traditional watch! Thank you for a wonderful product!

Watch was easy to use. The battery does not last. It has to be charged every night. Band broke the first week I had it!!

I ordered the watch and when I got it. It recorded the first night of sleep and then quit after that and now the step counter isnt working and it is constantly coming off of my wrist i have connected it to my phone several times and reinstalled the app and still no sleep data and no steps now

The watch is easy to use, so glad I got 2, giving one to my mum, when I finally get to go visit at Christmas.
I love that I can check my blood pressure, and keep a check on my activity
