I bought a warrior Pro E-bike and it's one of the best purchases I have ever made. The bike is top quality and performs perfectly. All the components are great and the bike gives me freedom to cycle anywhere even up the steepest of hills with the dual motors. The range is great also and delivery was fast. Couldn't recommend the company enough if you are after a proper E-bike.

The bike works really well
The bike works really well, very comfortable,powerful, i am 18 stone and it takes me up big steep hills effortlessly. Very good value at the price as well. My front forks were broken in a crash and although it took a while for delivery Freesky sent me the whole new assembly for what i thought was a cheap price. Brakes could do with being a bit bigger is only thing i dont like, still a good bike though

Title: Highly Recommended - A Fantastic E-Bike With Great Support!
I absolutely love this e-bike! The suspension is smooth, delivery was incredibly fast, and assembly was (fairly) straightforward. It's quick, fun, and the 25A Samsung cells battery last a long time—perfect for longer rides.
It’s also super good-looking! The seat is comfortable, steering is precise, and the color matches the product images exactly.
All in all, an excellent bike and a great company. Thank you.

bought a Ranger , that was faulty , asked to return several times in 15 day window , got filled with bs from customer service , then they sent out incorrect parts which took 10 days to arrive,the bike was rubbish no torque up hills , finnally had to settle for 50% refund , paypal were useless ! worst customer service i have ever had . stay away from this company , take your money and run

Other than the bike being very heavy due to its two large batteries I have nothing whatsoever negative to say about it. It’s incredibly well constructed with every component of high quality. Gears are basic Shimano, but work perfectly. The control screen is colourful, clear and intuitive to use. An NFC card (2 supplied) turns it on and off and decreases the risk of the bike being stolen. The brakes work perfectly. The two large batteries remove all ‘distance anxiety’. The seat is wide, well padded and very comfortable. The four inch tyres are also comfortable and draw looks and positive comments from bystanders. The bike colour (mine is blue) and decoration is tasteful. The bike arrived in great packaging and was 80 percent built. Most people will be able to follow the simple instructions to put the remaining parts together and Freesky thoughtfully provides all the tools required. Pedal assistance is responsive and linear and gives me confidence to ride, even though I am recovering from a broken leg. The ride itself is incredible smooth because of its wide tyres, battery assist and lovely seat.
The best part of my experience though, has been the customer service. Ande and Vincy have consistently answered every single question that I have asked. They are prompt, polite and concise in their replies. They have provided me with the best customer satisfaction and are an absolute credit to their company. Thank you so much both. It’s been a pleasure doing business.

Worst Customer Service
By far, the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. This company is so unprofessional and they don't back their products. Their bikes are subpar, and if anything goes wrong, they do not support.

I bought a Freesky warrior Pro 10 weeks…
I bought a Freesky warrior Pro 10 weeks ago. I had 3 great weeks and I love the bike.
Then I had problems. The bike stopped working and when I parked it, it took off and nearly damaged my car and injured me.
I contacted Freesky. I had read that their customer service was excellent. After 5 weeks I finally got a new display (I had said I thought it was a faulty battery or controller). 1 day with the new display and the front electric hub stopped working. That was 2 weeks ago and they still have not sent a new one (which takes forever to come from China) and now the rear hub has stopped working.
I have written to them today. I will update you on the resolution.
So far, this is a company to avoid
