Too easy to miss what is expected and what you are signing up for! This is not the way to add a subscription!

I clicked on what I believe was a one time free shipping site. I was not aware they were charging my card $19.00 a month for a year and seven months!!! I would not knowing sign an agreement to this and if I did it would have been due to the writing being too small for most 74 year old women/man to read. What ever I bought once was most likely under $100.00 or $150.00 at most. My card finally alerted me this may be fraud. I called the online company Free Shipping and after I told them I am a senior on limited income and told them I am making a complaint with the better business bureau, they informed me they would only refund me for 4 months. I did not use this site after the first purchase. This company takes advantage of people, especially vulnerable seniors. Date I once used this service was 3/20/ 25 they informed me today. I dated this experience as of the day I became aware of the problem which is today. I believe they should have refunded me every time I was charged except maybe the initial shipping fee maybe. They should ask your age and if you are retirement age they should inform in readable size are you aware this will be a monthly charge. they also should have refunded me all the money I paid them except the first shipping charge, I would not be writing this negative review if they had done so.

No hassle free sign up and already received my first check for the shipping cost.

This company had my information without my knowledge and charged me $19.00 monthly for a subscription that I never signed up for. When I had called and explained this, they refunded me for 2 charges, stopped charging me for 2 months and they started up again. The second time I called, they said that they have no extra charges and that I do not show as subscribed on file and couldn’t reimburse me. I asked them to remove my card details from their files. I blocked their charges and got a new card, so we’ll see if the charges start again.

The LIVE customer service was exceptional.

I do most of my shopping online and the rebates I've received make it worth the cost of membership. The process to request and receive shipping rebates is quick and easy.

The customer service agents are polite and very good at explaining the program and helping with a variety of issues. I have never had a bad interaction with any of the agents. The phone is answered right away, so never any wait time.

Great company that follows through on their advertising.

I've been charged monthly for the last so many years without realizing nor using their service. Called them, will be refunded the last 3 months payments only. Let's see.

I only signed up because I was supposed to get a $20 rebate for joining. Per the website, my rebate was mailed 2 weeks ago. I never got the check and am now out $40 ($20 each month I was signed up). I finally just cancelled the membership.
