They have been charging me for a membership I didn’t even apply for. I have reached out to customer support countless times and they just ignore me and keep charging my card. Looks like this is all just a scam.

Legit, but not instantaneous
I like that i can submit receipts for a myriad of purchases and get refunded. I dislike the timetable for turn around. Or should i say the cut off for payout cycle is not so clearly shown. It results in rollover payout of previous months.
