Very good service and fast turnaround.
When my FreeSat device stopped working, I looked at the FreeSat Spares website. They gave precise instructions on how to package my device, including a printable address label. My device was repaired and returned to me within a week and it works perfect.
I am impressed by the good service I received.

Hard drive Issue solved easily
My neighbour had an issue with their hard drive, so I found freesat spares/ordered and paid, the delivery was on time and I installed the hard drive easily following the inscructions, It worked first time, so easy to order and delivered, easy to install and worked first time, what more do you want, Very Happy Customer

New hard drive.
Our Arris freesat box failed. Googling suggested it needed a new hard drive. I ordered one from Freesat. It arrived quickly, was easily fitted thanks to clear instructions, and everything works perfectly again. A good price as well.

The website was difficult. I could not speak to anybody. It cost money to get the box to you which you immediately returned because I presume it was too old. Something which I could have asked had I been able to speak to uou

Im sorry you didn't have a great experience with us.
But let's just break a few things down, first you sent us a box to repair that we do not list as one of our services
Once we got the box we sent it back free of charge and emailed you with details why we couldn't carry out a repair
Our email from, chat box and phone number are all on the website, under the contact us link from every page.
We also have 100s of pages of information on our site along with videos on YouTube explaining our services
While I know our site is not perfect we have carried out over 1000 repairs to many happy customers that have all had a easy experience with our services.
Just the thing.
The USB Dongle arrived quickly and setting it up to the Wi-Fi was super easy. All in all a very nifty upgrade for my utterly basic freeset tuner.

Wasn’t sure if I would be able to install the replacement hard drive myself, but with the help of videos provided on YouTube it was a breeze. Box up and running again and saved me a lot of money vs buying a new box. Thanks very much!

Good customer service with my purchase.
I needed a new wifi dongle for my aging Humax HDR Fox and Freesat Spares were the only website claiming to have one that would work. Watching their You Tube videos they came across as real enthusiasts which gave me confidence to trust to them so I put an order in. After a week or so it hadn't arrived so I sent them a message using their online chat. Without hesitation they offered to send another which duly arrived a few days later and it worked with the Humax just fine. With customer service like that I would not hesitate to use them again.
