As first-time buyers, we were nervous about the process, but F&G guided us every step of the way. They were incredibly responsive, always answering our many questions in 'plain English' and never making us feel pressured. They even pointed out potential flaws in properties that we would have missed. She kept everything moving, fought our corner when it mattered, and took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. Honestly, we couldn’t have got through it without her.
