Outstanding service! Made our dream Japan trip seamless with points
Planning a two-week family trip to Japan felt daunting, but working with this team made the entire process completely stress-free. They helped us book four business class flight tickets to Japan and ten nights of hotel stays—all using points!
From start to finish, they guided us through every single step, offering expert advice and following through on every promise. We just got back from the most wonderful trip with our family. There are four of us: my husband and myself, and we have two kids, 13 and 10.

We went on this trip for almost three weeks, and we went to Paris, Amsterdam, Crete, Greece, and then Athens, Greece. The Freedom Travel Systems team did a great job using our points to get us maximum value: business-class flights. They completely rock at that, and they gave us a lot of suggestions and guidance on what would be the best experience on the trip, including hotel recommendations and when it would be better for an Airbnb compared to a hotel. We've been working with them for the past couple of years, and they always do a great job.

I have used Eli and his team now for 4 of the most incredible travel experiences of my life with my family. Nothing in this world compares to seeing my 80 year old grandma travel business class for the first time on her dream trip. Her face lit up the entire trip, from the lounge to the lay flat seats to the dining experience. My grandma worked hard her entire life raising her family from dirt floors in Mexico. We have gone on 4 insane trips with points and it has blown me away every time. Some stats for you: our last trip for 5 people would have cost me either $89k out of pocket or 12 million points. It cost me $3k in taxes and fees and less than 1.5 million points. We were in the lap of luxury from flights to hotels and his team is so responsive and kind and on top of it. Give the man your money so he can save you money and give you experiences of a lifetime every single year. If you’re traveling with less people it will be even easier.
