Ridiculous custom charges
After spending over 100 euros, I got hit with a 30 euro custom charge on top which is ridiculous!
The fact these are not factored into the price or shipping cost is a joke, contacting customer service and they couldn’t be less helpful and basically saying it’s not their issue.
Don’t purchase if you live in ireland!

I'm terribly sorry you are unhappy, it clearly says at checkout when you select your postage option 'local custom fees / taxes may be payable' What you are charged on top has nothing to do with us, we do not set the customs fees nor as a small business can we afford to pay them for you.
If you check your confirmation email you will again see it in big writing that any fees are payable by yourself.

Fantastic place to buy from and amazing customer service. I contacted them because I was worried my item would not arrive in time due to the postal strikes so the upgraded my order it to first class free of charge to ensure it arrived on time . Great service will definitely buy from again.

Cancelled my whole order as all items were out of stock!
Clearly don’t have very good stock control and don’t keep their website up to date.
Didn’t contact me to explain, just received an e-mail advising me that my order had been cancelled.
Shouldn’t have been able to order the items in the first place.
Very poor service and very unprofessional.

Hi There, I'm terribly sorry for the item being unavailable. We obviously try our hardest to ensure inventory is correct but we are a small business with our stock split between our warehouse and physical shop sometimes discrepancies happen, no human is infalliable and there is such a thing as human error. You were sent an email along side your refund which state the item was unavailable as an 'explanation'. Hopefully you will give us another chance and will uplift this review :)

Really poor customer service. I ordered some items and used a discount code advertised on Facebook. A few hours later I get an email from Paris saying that it was advertised I couldn’t use the code and did I want to pay the extra. I asked how to pay, and expressed my disappointment. I went back and looked and the Facebook post had been edited a few minutes before I got my confirmation email (I would have been checking out or checked out I imagine) so I highlighted this and again asked how to pay the extra. Then she sent an email cancelling my order and pulling the ‘I’m a single mum spinning so many plates’ card. Well, from a single mum of 3, it doesn’t wash. She was so rude and I will shop elsewhere in the future. The code not being usable, don’t let it be usable. But cancelling my order after I correctly called her out - unacceptable.

This isn't quite the true version of events. You shopped our 70% off sale, this is a huge saving already - less than what we actually pay for stock. To then use another discount on top is simply unviable for us and i explained this to you politely and you said you understood.
We are a small business, not amazon. There were already huge savings at 70% off.
You asked how to pay the extra and i explained the simplest option was the cancel the order and replace it, which is what we did. i didn't just cancel your order. It was discussed that this was the easiest option.
I'm sorry you are unhappy you didn't get an additional discount on a 70% off sale but i definitely was not rude, sometimes tone in text can be misconstrued.

Helpful customer service
I placed an order which I didn’t realise was a pre order (my fault) I emailed customer service who responded straight away and were able to chase up my order and even upgraded my postage so I had it in time for my daughters birthday. Thank you so much! I would add that using the chat option on the site was a little confusing so if I’m doubt email them.

I should have dropped a star because the delivery took a long time, but i realise its the royal mail strike, so not really your fault... Just remember to choose another method of delivery and you should be ok. The coat was gorgeous as expected, my son didn't stop wearing it since!
