Customer service team was overall good to deal with and communication was clear. But were insistent on delivering even though we were not ready for installation or else additional storage fees would have been applicable. We ordered a small kitchen for a studio apartment that my husband installed without any issues. The quality of the kitchen is ok but was expecting a little bit more for what you pay. The only other thing that we were disappointed in was not being able to order some extra matching bench top after delivery for a study nook that we were wanting to build. Apparently small orders are not possible through suppliers.

Issue after issue with Freedom kitchens and the lack of assistance from staff have given me. Together with their total lack of regard to customers.
I have been a return customer to Freedom kitchens and was told by the designer that I would be given special treatment.
Special is right - I have had deliveries sent on days I am not at home - deliveries that are missing items - deliveries that are just left at my door with no pre warning.
The lack of communication and the incredible attitude and poor customer awareness by staff and confrontational manner has had me in tears
The designer gave me incorrect information regarding a cook top which resulted in me getting something that is useless - and again because of the customer service attitude I bought elsewhere and I am still awaiting a refund for this item.
Nobody at Freedom takes accountability - no one has the courtesy to actually admit they made errors and no one even thinks to say sorry.
The goods are not cheap and the whole process with Freedom Kitchens has caused me to have sleepless nights - incredible stress and horrendous conversations with your very unhelpful and condescending staff.
How is this customer service?
I am horrified that this is what you assume is good treatment.
I simply would like my refund so I can see the back of Freedom - it has been the worst experience I have had with any organisation and I cannot comprehend how this is actually classed as giving return clients preferential treatment.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Freedom Kitchens. Our project evolved considerably from the initial design, and Freedom was very cooperative in meeting our needs. The process was smooth from start to finish, including the installation. We are happy to recommend their services.

From our design experience to the installation freedom provided excellent customer service. I made lots of changes along the way but the final result was excellent. I’m very happy with my new kitchen.

We spent almost $60k getting our Kitchen and wet bar installed. A majority for this was for Freedom Kitchens. After 3 years everything is delaminating and Freedom won't answer any or our requests for warranty support. If you're planning on spending a lot of money on a kitchen reno it's not unrealistic to expect some level of support when the kitchen starts to fall apart.

We had a laundry installed by Freedom. The whole process was streamlined and with excellent communication between Freedom online and the trades people. The was however discrepancies between what the designer advised could be achieved and what the cabinet maker advised was actually achievable, given our small laundry space. So I would recommend double checking this with the cabinet maker when they do the check measure. It all worked out fine in the end as the cabinet maker was very adaptable with the plans and fitted all the cabinetry we required. The trades people were also prompt, friendly and very tidy. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend Freedom kitchen/laundries.

We were first time clients with Freedom Kitchens and had pantry, wardrobe, office and doll cabinets designed and installed. The whole experience with the design, planning and especially the installation were above exceptional. Our installer Steven P, was simply superb in all manner. He checked the designs, made minor corrections and installation that took a week of solid effort, simply a wonderful, highly professional and actually a very enjoyable experience. I cannot write enough great words about Steven P and his assistant Ryan. Clearly, these two are highly experienced professionals who know their business cold. We are so happy with our purchase and installation, we will get getting a special doll cabinet made in the near future. Freedom should clone these two installers...they are that good. Mark C.

It was really great experience from the initial design stage to delivery stage. Everyone was very supportive considering our short timeline and accommodating wherever possible.

We were really terrified with the 1 star reviews everywhere but not sure how those customers ended up there. Definitely you can give it a try. Just be mindful of the process and make sure you read all the documents thoroughly and you should be able to get a great kitchen and laundry from Freedom Kitchens.

You guys are the ruthless. We came to you in trust, you said you were better than the competition B͏u͏n͏n͏i͏n͏g͏s͏ ͏A͏u͏s͏t͏r͏a͏l͏i͏a͏ IKEA, you said that your kits are simple and easy to assemble, you said you will measure and measure again, you said that the plans have considered everything we requested in our initial consult. Your measurements were inaccurate, your design had multiple flaws, you said because you messed up on measurements - I had to pay for the new sink because I approved the design?! We called and appealed with you, you gave us the cold shoulder. You have to be the worst business in the market, I will come to no end in escalation. So freaking unfair.

We love our new Freedom kitchen, and the process of ordering and installation all went really well. Whilst the designer wasn't very chatty, he really knew his stuff and gave us an alternative design to the one we were thinking. And he was so right - a much better layout! We can't fault the installer - very friendly, on time and did a great job. We had one piece missing but he was super helpful and got it ordered and installed quickly.
It has now been 10 months and it still looks as good as the day it was put in. My 2 favourite bits are the super large drawers - so functional - and the stone benchtop. We didn't even go for one of the more expensive stone options, just sticking to the cheapest range, and it is still so beautiful and easy to clean.

Good quality product . Delivery time frame was prompt and received great communication from freedom. Price could probably be abit more competitive

I engaged Freedom Kitchens in early March, and the salesperson assured me that my kitchen would be installed by the first half of May. Unfortunately, the cabinets weren't installed until the last week of June, and they included a brown bulkhead in my white kitchen. When I raised this issue, Freedom Kitchens claimed I had signed the contract that way. However, they are supposed to be the experts and should have noticed they were supplying a brown bulkhead. Consequently, I had to paint the bulkhead white myself.

Additionally, at one point, they even asked me to measure the fridge area. There was also an instance where they made changes to the plan and wanted to charge me for it. I argued that I shouldn't have to pay for changes if it was measured incorrectly. The benchtops were installed in the first week of July, and the splashback in the second week of July—two months after I was initially promised my kitchen would be completed. This project was for a one-bedroom apartment kitchen.

We love our new kitchen & the design except that the designer failed to ask us if we want draws in our kitchen & unfortunately we didn’t pick it up till the
Install, which was too late. We had to go and buy a separate cabinet to put in our kitchen so we had draws. Freedom did eventually come to the party and sent out one draw to be put in our kitchen. All in all we are very happy with the end result.

We love how our Freedom kitchen turned out. The design process was great and we loved working with Belinda. There were a couple of things in the end that we couldn't do because there wasn't the flexibility in the options available, and we had to organise our own stonemason for our porcelain benchtops and splashback - which slowed things down a bit. But we are very happy with the end result.

We got our new kitchen and laundry cabinetry from freedom Kitchen and are very happy! It’s great value for money, and a perfect mid-range offering.
I have only given 4 stars instead of 5 however as we had a few issues with the design which we were not informed if until installation, and also their showrooms need more natural light (it’s very hard to see the true colours!). Other than that we had a great experience, and their support team were very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Happy with my new kitchen
I was very happy with the whole experience with the installation of our new kitchen. It looks great and I'm pleased we got the job done by Freedom. It all went smooth from the design to the installation.

We love our Freedom kitchen. They were accomodating and friendly when we needed to change the delivery times and the quality of the finish product is superb. Would use again.

More than happy with our very attractive and functional kitchen which provides a WOW factor to our 1920 character home. We receive many compliments on the design layout, cabinet quality and overall appearance. Must praise our kitchen designer Jay who assisted us in nailing the perfect design, the installers and customer support team through whole process.
