Just received my first freedom couture wig and I’m shock!! It’s the most beautiful wig I have ever seen, and I’ve been wearing wigs for over 10 years due to my alopecia. The hair quality and hairline are unreal, like I can’t even believe it, no one will be able to tell I’m wearing a wig 🥹

Since switching to Freedom Couture wigs, I’ve genuinely never looked back! they’re the only wigs I wear now. The quality is amazing and you can really tell how much care goes into each piece. They’re so comfortable for everyday wear, which makes such a difference when you’re wearing wigs regularly. The best experience I've EVER had buying a wig. I literally cried good tears when I opened the box and seen how immaculately presented it was. The wig is absolutely unbelievable, unreal quality and craftsmanship, worth the price and more. It looks exactly like my natural hair before I lost it so I'm the happiest girl ever right now and would buy again!

Please don’t buy this hair it’s bad quality hair. Can’t even put my fingers through the hair is a tangle mess. Definitely made in China. Mixed hair, 5 months later and it’s a rats nest. Freedom Couture is the Hermes made in China and she puts her label in Australia. Please don’t waste your money.

My package arrived very quickly, considering that it's shipped from Australia. This is a perfect hairstyle for summer, and the hair is sooo soft. Cap is comfortable and great quality.

Worst wig ever please please save your money , I made it mistake and brought the king Kyle 24 inch cost me 2800$!!!! I wish I could travel in time and never brought this wig , after 2 years I can’t still wear it the cap it’s way to bing even though I followed the guidelines and measurements, worst customer service ever!!! I PURCHASED THE EMMA LISA | HD FULL LACE STRETCH CAP WIG FOR $2,759 AUD.
THE HAIR TANGLES SO MUCH THAT IF I DON'T FIX IT IN PLACE WITH HAIR SPRAY, I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DETANGLE IT BY THE END OF THE DAY.
AFTER EVERY WASH I END UP WITH A NEST AT THE FRONT & IT TAKES HOURS TO DETAGLE IT! HORRIBLE QUALITY! SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR OVERPRICING THESE WIGS!

I am wig manufacturer and i wanted to cooperate with Freedom Couture. I checked her yt, tik tok and of course instagram. Everything is beautiful but i am in this business and i know how to do that - videos, pictures, what filter to use to make picture looks beautiful and luxury. i have my own wig from FC but this is a mess! i couldn't return it! Guys, please dont pay for wig 2000$, bleached knots are weak and will fall out after two months. It is better to buy wig with non bleached knots but with silk top instead. Dont think that wig will look in 100% like your own hair.

Do not order from them!!! I bought a wig for $1700 USD and when I received it the wig was nothing like described. It looked like a cheap Halloween wig. They would not respond to me until 2 months after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They refused to send me a return label and said they would refund me the shipping charges as well as for the wig purchase. Needless to say they blocked me and never paid me for the shipping or for the wig I returned. They wanted me to lie to customs about the value to boot! They are scammers and criminals. Selling items that are vastly different in look, length, density and quality. Don’t EVER do business with them. They will rip you off and will steal your money. I had to let my credit card company battle it out as they blocked me on all social media and Whstsapp

I have purchased 2 wigs previously from this company last year, one being a custom order which was an amazing product (besides the lace looking quite cheap), the 2nd being a sale order which was nice enough, but it wasn't the length I was expecting (and the lace was cheap looking).
I recently brought a 3rd wig during their recent Xmas 2023 sale and was very disappointed.
The part was horrible. The knots had been poorly bleached and it looked like the bleach had seeped through to and down the hairline was extremely orange and it was very noticeable. The colour of the hair was also different to the what was advertised. The lace looked seamless in the photos and videos on their website, but the lace is actually very cheap looking and very noticeable.
I got in touch with them about my unit and they told me to use purple shampoo on the lace.
I am quite disappointed as I believe the product was faulty and after spending so much money, I should not have had to do anything to it. I used the purple shampoo which didn't do anything. I ended up dying it myself and it looks much better now, but now I have to bleach the knots as they are visible.
Overall I'm very disappointed. I won't be repurchasing another wig from this company. Their videos especially I believe are highly filtered, and I think they make units perfect for their photos online but that is not how the unit comes.
After watching a lot of YouTube videos on wigs, there are a lot cheaper options which actually look great.
Honestly don't waste your money. Watch Lovely Bryana on YouTube and look at the wigs she's using!

I placed an order with them. They send me a faulty product. WRONG fit, WRONG description. Looks like horse hair. I tried emailing and calling, no response. I had to submit a dispute and then is when I finally heard back from them. After a lot of back and forth they sent me a label to return the item, because it was costing me over $400 to ship it myself. Then they decided to refuse the package without telling me. After again, many back and forth, they keep telling me that money was sent back. Which is a lie. They were making my time run out for dispute. WORST company that does not care about customers. This business does not support women business scams women in the worst time of need.

This company has great service and the staff are very nice and gave me speedy help. The hair is beautiful, I am happy!

Today I received my FC wig King Kylie classic wig.. OMG it’s the most beautiful piece of art.. the quality is phenomenal and it is so perfect 💗💗💗

I just received my 2nd FC wig and i will definitely order again. As a customer I can feel all the love and consideration in every wig, and the talent of the owner really shows, this has NO price. Makes me even more proud wearing my unit!

The company appears to be in it for a quick buck. I ordered a bob via FC website, which came with a bald spot. I reached out to the company via all platforms and was given the run around for days. Upon getting in touch with someone via WhatsApp, I explained the problem and was told that I can return the hair via post (which I paid for) but could only get store credit. I sent an additional sum for a longer/different unit, and that one took 17days to get to me in the UK. When it arrived, I could instantly tell it was a used (probably display) wig. The centre part was huge and overly bleached, and there are endless flyaways at the top where the closure is, which makes the unit feel super uneven(thick at the top, thin at the end). I am sitting here in disbelief that FC is getting away with passing these wigs off as luxury and charging so much for them. I got the item on “sale”(over £1000), which means it is non-refundable. Freedom Couture knows exactly why they implemented that policy. Such a shameless company!

Transphobic and let down, idk what happened to the brand, but they make garbage now. Save your coin, inconvenient truth, sorry not sorry

I bought a wig. Happy with it. Decided to buy another two within two weeks. I asked if they were the same size as my previous purchase and she confirmed yes. To my Horror when I get them and they are big. They have no care an for a quick dollar sold me the wrong size!! When i emailed she showed no bother to help fix their mistake. Over 5k
For nothing. Cant be worn.
