Horrible and there’s no such thing as free money. It’s basically other apps conning people into spending to make money. Yeah it doesn’t work that way. Played enough to mildly get a card and they supposedly sent it to an email that was none existent. Customer service blows. I worked at a call centre and the wait time for absolutely no response is ridiculous.

Terrible service, the company offers same offers on ways to earn, but some have different time frames. They only give you the lowest one even when you complain, you get generic responses with no real answers. Absolute rip off of a company and nothing but scammers

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything was decent earning some extra money and no serious issues. Then I downloaded a game with some high rewards and played it regularly. I earned multiple rewards and was denied most of them. Tried to appeal every denial and was dismissed every time even with proof they were scamming me out of the rewards earned. They owe roughly $350 in denied but legitimately earned rewards and keep sending me messages saying their decision is final and they will not be addressing it further.

I am a Level 18 Gold League user (ID: 59621409) with 86 completed offers and 5 successful withdrawals. My experience has become a nightmare of contradictions and technical "traps."

On March 2, I received an official email stating my account was "unrestricted" and apologizing for the "inconvenience". However, when I logged in, my cashouts were immediately "paused" for "unusual activity".

Support now claims a 21% chargeback rate despite my dashboard showing 0 chargebacks. Most suspiciously, I was blocked just $2.24 away from "Advanced Mode". Even worse, support told me to "continue doing surveys" to fix my rate, even though I am blocked from those surveys until I hit Advanced Mode—and they stated any new work "will not be added to my balance".

They are asking for free labor I cannot even perform while ignoring my formal GDPR Article 15 requests for my account data. I expect a human manual review to honor the "unrestricted" status I was already promised by email. Beware of being blocked right before you hit major payment milestones.

This app is really good great games and really fun

This is horrible never get the rewards was rejected for reward of £250 then today been rejected for £18 iit is shocking they can do that after all pictures of the wins have been sent in for proof but still rejected. Biggest pile of s__t I’ve ever used.

Only thing I can say is don’t use and if you do be prepared or to receive any money.

Please don't waste your time on this app, very poor, and half the time you don't get paid out.

They tell you you need to make 25 for first cash out when you first sign up they give you 10 dollars that they don't add when you make 25 dollars. I was pretty disappointed I got to the 25 then look and you only actually have 15 dollars

Horrible scam!! Wasted so much time! Worked good at first made some money then surveys started not paying out...games stopped paying. Customer service sucked...sent screenshots and they emailed me answers to questions I didn't ask and didn't answer any questions I did have. I want compensation for all my wasted time!!!!

I'm done with this app and I Uninstaller this app. Why because again like I had mentioned in the last review about them. They have favorites and for two my boyfriend got a $200 v.i.p from them and so did my sister and plus my boyfriend got a $5 streak reward from and I have not received anything like that from them. I have to do surveys to earn my money on there from Survey partners. I'm the one who introduced my boyfriend and my sister to this app and was on this app way before they were. These people are so unfair and favoritism so I Uninstalled and got rid of this app. They can stick it. They don't like me. So therefore I don't like them anymore. Also their prime surveys on there suck too because some i did and when I got to the end of a few of them. They did not pay me out and wanted me to review them but I didn't because I think it is a bunch of b shit that some of their surveys are faulty like that and duds.

I completed an offer for $200 reward, provided proof after them denying my reward and then they told me proof wasn’t enough.

Pardon my French, but this app is dogshit. When I tried to cash out, they suspended my account, accusing me of using having multiple accounts or cheating.
I tried talking to support and they couldn't help me until three days later.
Their rewards are extremely stingy for the amount of time and effort required to reach milestones, and some of their partners don't reward you at all despite their promises. Support are less than useless as they can offer nothing but hollow apologies. Spare yourself the trouble and avoid this piece of shit app.

They have this system were you get a payout/reward multipler and my god damn multipler has been stuck at the minimum I'm getting paid crumbs compared to every other Freecash user they keep telling me it's automated and All I need to do is be active and spend ingame money ... well I'm weeks in and hundreds of dollars spent on game bundles just to try and get the multipler green but it's impossible it stays RED support is trash and none existent FREECASH has the worse support when they make millions from us. I hope freecash gets hit with a massive fraud and goes bankrupt they are scammers

I completed a required level in Bingo Blitz game and more than ONCE, uploaded the proof of completing the requirements. Yet, Freecash said there was some issue with tracking and basically, tough luck for me and the $8 and change they owe me for doing my part. Mind you, I played this game for a total of 3 months as a part of the game requirements. They just brushed it aside. Ignored me for two weeks and then didn't even have enough decency to send me a message or response telling me that they denied my request for payment. I had to keep persistently messaging them and checking on the matter.

Their scooped up and woul not leave. Interestingly enough they say that trust pilot gives them a five star rating

I am sick and tired of offers of a substantial reward amount are not completing when 1. I have done everything on my end suggested by support to ensure they are tracked and 2. Being told by support basically "tough luck, try another offer.
