I was transferred to FP and paid my account off in full, they ignored I had paid it off and keep requesting money every month. I have sent repeated emails, had phone calls and was told to reduce my instalment plan,I don’t owe anything so tried to relay this the woman didn’t understand. Contacted collections today again as they say my payment was due yesterday and it will affect my credit file if I don’t pay. I don’t owe them a penny closed the acccount which is still showing as open! Avoid these scammers at all costs

When I was with studio everything was fine .I knew exactly what I was doing .
Now fraser plus has taken control I am so confused regards payments etc .I can't get any help returning an item....it's as if they don't want you to return anything so they make it as difficult as possible..SO ANNOYING. AVOID.

Was with studio then went over to fraser plus in July, They say I owe £230.66 when I only owed £155.92,where the hell have they got that figure from
They never respond to your emails either you cant talk to a human. Absolutely shocking. Every monthly payment i make that £230.66 figure never moves it still says the same on my account, I'll not pay until they sort it out and take the money off for the payment's im making, I wish studio never did this such ashame

I was so happy when my account was with studio, I was not aware I had switched over to Fraser's plus. I told them I would struggle to pay on the new date they told me I had to pay in due to other bills being due that time of the month which takes priority, I was informed that I cannot change the date and basically like it or lump it. Very rude customer service people I had correspondence with, I now owe so much more money money than I did with studio and it is quite overwhelming. Tempted to let it go to collections so I can deal with a more understanding company

I emailed them around 2 weeks ago regarding my payment and I still haven’t heard back from them. They put an interest of £25 on my payment even though If you choose 3m payment option you shouldn’t pay an interest and no one gets back to you. Will cancel my card as soon as payments are done 👍🏻

I have submitted my request 3 times now but have had any confirmation or response of any kind. They do however keep inundating my inbox with unnecessary emails. Surely someone can follow my instructions and stop issuing promotional emails. I want to close my account and not spend any more hard earned money with this band of cowboys!

I was paying the minimum payment with studio and could see my interest on my account every month. I knew where I was with them . I was then put over to fraserplus. Which I didn't agree on. Now it looks like I'm not paying anything. I owed £344 on my studio account and now fraser plus have added over £300 interest and telling me I now owe over £600 and I will have to pay until 2029. For me to pay of quicker I have to pay more a month which I can't afford. It's like I've taken out a loan. It's really stressed me out. I phoned today and they have put in a complaint. The lady in the phone said I should of got a email. I said no but I still didn't agree to it and there isn't anymore studio account. I came to trust pilot to see if anyone else felt the same and I can see loads of people in the same situation. 😞 this the number I found for them. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Frasers Plus. I made a purchase from Sports Direct that was subsequently canceled, and while Sports Direct has initiated the refund, Frasers Plus has failed to process it. It has now been over a month since the order was canceled, and my funds have not been returned.
The lack of communication and customer support from Frasers Plus is appalling. I have been unable to get in touch with their help desk, and their policy of directing me back to the retailer after 28 days is unhelpful and unprofessional. This situation is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company, as they appear to be holding refunds and provide no viable support.

This company is not good Fraser put my partner on a low payment plan which he didn’t ask for paying 18 pound a month until 2029 he owed 350.00 and by doing that the amount he would be paying an extra 300 pound , he has now payed it off and won’t be using it again.

I have tried to contact the company via email 3 times. My balance is much higher than it should be. I loved Studio and never had any problems. No one come back to me so now asking to close my account. Absolutely shocking
AVOID!
AVOID!! Once you get a refund they will not notify you, and they will not send it back to your account. They make it VERY difficult to get your refund back. As there is no way to request a refund you have to go through a chat box, that will ask for your bank details even though they should just transfer it to the card you paid with in the first place. The website will also log you out mid-chat before they've even had a chance to respond. They will tell you that you will receive an email on the issue (which you will not receive) and then you will need to go through countless chat box's. I still haven't received my refund so I cannot confirm if you'll ever get this back.

Wow I’m pretty stumped for words and feel like studio have had my pants down switching over to Fraser plus! Fraser plus is absolutely awful company and I only owed £600 on studio could pay as much as I wanted each month I usually clear the balance around every 4 months as I only use it occasionally bdays etc! Now I’m owing £1300 and if I pay more of the balance off this month it will not reduce the interest as when studio switched over to Fraser plus without my consent they decided I wanted to pay minimum amount over the max amount of months fixing the interest ! So for a small order I’ve now got to pay more in interest then I have the goods! These are cowboy lenders and needs investigating I’m sure for our protection somewhere out there this is illegal as I’ve not signed up for this or agreed to anything! Please help aware it’s frustration and I’m rather annoyed studio have done this!
