If I could rate them less I would what a bunch of so-and-sos set up a direct debit and charged me a late payment fee when I had already set up a payment plan these people will do anything to scam you don't give these creatures your money. Scamming scummers!!

I purchased a shirt from Frasers and paid £4.99 postage. I ordered a size M but received a size L.
I spoke to customer service via Twitter and a return label was provided. I sent the shirt back and re-ordered the shirt a second time. And again I paid £4.99 postage.
Yet again, I received the wrong size! So again I contacted the same customer service agent via Twitter and explained the situation.
The agent informed me that he won't provide me with another return label and said I need to pay for return postage(£4.99 through their website).
If I were trying to try and get the shirt for a third time, that would be a total of £20 spent on postage fees alone. Awful and incompetent service and customer service agents that don't understand law.
Retailers are required by law to cover return postage fees for damaged or incorrect goods. And this agent has violated my rights.
I've contacted my credit card company with all of the evidence and have opened a chargeback claim.
Never using this terrible company again.

Worst customer service ever. Allegedly 2 refunds were sent to me but still waiting for the refund to go bank to my account. Cannot get hold of anyone to help!!! Avoid at all costs

Made a purchase in Feb-25. My app would let me reschedule my payments and after multiple attempts to reach out and ask them to resolve this issue I received no response whatsoever. I am now expected to pay the full amount (£300+) in one full payment. FIX YOUR APP.

Bought shirts in December on pay in 3 worst thing I’ve ever done I won’t do it again the app just shows payment after payment plus refund I have no idea when the are to take payments!! It’s a good job I can afford to be messed about . Never again next time I will pay flannels there and then

I had a very disappointing experience with Sports Direct. I ordered a parcel that arrived missing ski goggles, and when I contacted customer service, they claimed everything had been checked. However, they could not provide any CCTV proof of the order's fulfillment.
To make matters worse, my credit card company, which cooperates with them, was unhelpful and simply redirected me back to Sports Direct.
I received nothing but standard email responses that felt like copy-and-paste apologies, without any real assistance or resolution.
Given that the parcel bag was intact, it seems likely that someone at the warehouse or during delivery stole the missing item. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the poor customer service.
I will never buy from this company again, and I am considering closing my credit card contract due to their lack of support.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Delivered damage items, collected & not refunded, agreement not cancelled
Frasers plus refusing to cancel agreement till, frasers get in touch, apparently they are not the same company.
However, It feels like they are using this to try to rip people off.
Sofas arrived damaged for xdp courier service which frasers use. Property was damaged in the process.
Items returned, damaged item has not been refunded after 7 days and fraserplus have refused to cancel agreement.
Extremely Stressful experience, would advise anyone to stay completely clear of anything to do with fraser group.
They are ruthless and if you have issues and will only be a start troubles which you will find extremely difficult to resolve.
Ordered an item for a Christmas…
Ordered an item for a Christmas Present, was advertised as having an extended returns period for any problems ie Size issues etc. Tried to return said item on the 6/1/25 as the person I bought it for said it was too small. I was not expecting to be told the extended return period had expired 5/1/25. Five days after the holiday period! Not much use really. Customer services non existent, eventually managed to communicate via Facebook. Not sure if it was a human or not. Really Poor service. What they are very good at however is sending Marketing emails after you place an order. I'd had Seventy nine by this morning!!!!!

When you apply for finance to pay for your games, the second part of application goes through with no problem. They ask you to download their app and continue with your applicatin through the app. When you to continue with application through the app, you are sent back to the page that askes you to download the app. No matter how many times you try the result is the same amd they don't reply to your emails. It looks to me as a foreign cropt company. Stay away from them.
