No item, no refund for shipping

Waiting 2 weeks on items and then says returned to sender, sent my refund but deducted shipping.
I did not receive anything so why do they not refund my shipping cost, unbelievable.

AVOID USING FRASERS PLUS CREDIT

I strongly advise anyone considering using Frasers Plus credit to pay for their order to avoid it at all costs. I encountered an issue with my address on the order and had to cancel. While the agent assisted with the cancellation promptly, the process of having the credit refunded back to my Frasers Plus account has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The customer service agents don't seem to fully understand my requests, and I've been bounced back and forth between Sports Direct and Frasers Plus customer service teams, with each one claiming that I need to speak to the other team to resolve the issue. I was informed that it could take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in my account, but in some cases, it could take as long as 28 days. This means I could be forced to pay for an order I cancelled and never received, just to avoid damaging my credit. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never shop with them again.

Still no refund for cancelled order

Ordered a pair of trainers on the 17th March took my money then cancelled on the 19th saying now out of stock please wait 2 to 5 days for refund it’s now the 3rd April still not refunded absolutely awful service

Absolute joke of a company all these reviews I'm reading are exactly what's happened to me placed an order on sun 23 mar next morning they cancelled as the pick up point didn't take delivery any more but confused by that.....as I know they do....anyway said I will get full refund in 2 to 5 days still waiting on day 8 .....must have gone on their robot web chat 10 / 15 times just fobbing me off.....one of them said it's been paid and my bank is at fault....taking it further till i get paid........

Rude and greedy

Rude, arrogant and do not care about customers thoughts or feelings - just want your money and then turn their back when you have something to say - avoid shopping with this company at all costs - go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service - AVOID

Terrible customer service, placed an order, money swiftly taken from my account. 1 hour later I recieved an email stating my item is out of stock and I will have to wait 7 days for my money back.
Explained in an email that it was for a birthday present and I couldn’t wait 7 days for a refund as I need the money to purchase my child’s present seeing as they couldn’t fulfill the order.
Somebody named Andiswa replied saying, sorry can’t help you.

Do not be mistaken for thinking Frasers is anything like House of Fraser. Complete opposite to be honest. The sale prices lure you in looking like great bargains against original price, but the quality of the items are so poor , you would never pay anywhere near so called original price . Material is flimsy , thin and cheap looking. Three piece set turned up with two bits missing. Spent hour of my life trying to explain to an AI bot before being passed to a virtual customer service chat . Offered full refund as item were no longer in stock but then only received £9 when item was £12 ??? Had bought disney outfits for trip later this year but wouldn't put my grandchildren in any of it as looks cheap and like its been worn and washed a hundred times .Total disappointed and will never use them again.

The worse shop ever

The worse shop ever, I paid cash for a jacket, it was bit small for my husband, i returned back and asked for my money back and they said No, will give you a credit, staff not nice, and actually there is non of them, you can wait hours for a pair of shoes. I will never buy anything from this shop.

FRASERS PLUS/TRUE LAYER ERROR NOT THE CUSTOMER

I made the payment to FRASERS PLUS on the day as instructed. I was told it had been accepted and then for some reason it failed. They told me to wait 24 hours and try again, which I did. Everything was well documented. TODAY I receive a message about late payment, it was very insulting. I shall never use them again. Beware of making payments as they get errors and then blame you.

Frasers/Flannels online return system is a SCAM !!!

Ordered a £600 stone island jacket off flannels/frasers. Jacket got delivered on 30.1.25 sent it back the very next day 31.1.25 because it’s a different colour than the online photo. The item got rejected at returns because they said the jacket has been worn and had an odour. I know for a fact I’ve not worn the jacket or caused the odour on it. The jacket got sent back the next day in the exact same condition i received it in with all the tags & labels on. I noticed a slight odour when i took the jacket out the packaging but put it down to the plastic packaging and the fact it was freezing cold. They have since tried delivering the jacket back to me twice and I’ve refused the item at my door. Item then got inspected by a senior advisor and they have dropped the accusation the jacket has been worn but are still rejecting it because of the odour. They are trying to force me to pay £600 for an item i don’t want. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been going back & forth with Frasers group customer service with loads of emails and got nowhere so I’ve been and seen citizens advice and they have reported flannels/frasers to trading standards. They say the consumer rights regulator gives me the right to a 14 day cooling off period, go check the consumer rights act 2015. I also sent a recorded delivery letter to flannels head office yesterday to make a formal complaint and they will have 7 days to respond. Frasers customer service is an absolute shambolic service and not fit for purpose. Whatever you do, don’t order anything online from flannels/frasers because they don’t accept returns, it’s a scam. They are still trying to scam me for £600 and I’m stuck in a dispute. Absolutely shocking service ! If i could give a Zero star rating i would. Don’t order anything online from flannels/frasers they won’t accept returns, IT’S A SCAM !!!

Adding my woes as well to this diabolical company, parcel never arrived, Evri told me they have lost it, but Frasers still want payment, also returned jeans and not been credited, even after I sent a copy of returns receipt. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Just frustrating

Nearly impossible to find out how to contact customer service. Having finally found an email address, it has taken far too long to get any reply from customer service and even then they maintained they had sent the correct item - however, the size of the trainers was incorrect. Very frustrating - couldn't recommend and definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Absolute scammers

I would give 0 stars if I had the option to. I ordered some football boots for my daughter back in November. 1 month later, still no package. I emailed them, they said it would be here by Christmas yet midway through January, nothing. I've sent multiple emails asking for a refund and mostly get ignored. Disgraceful company that needs to be investigated. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.
