This company tries to fob off customers!
Firstly saying the right product was sent, thereby accusing the purchaser that it’s their error
Secondly saying that the product colour may differ slightly from the pictured item. I ordered an orange dress and received a pale blue one!
Thirdly when offering to send item back they threaten you with the enormous postal costs to send item back to their Chinese Warehouse
Fourthly the offer a refund of $3, then $5 then $7 if you keep the incorrect product!

They are a nightmare and since I paid for my order through PayPal I’m pursuing a full refund through that route.

Franlieen est une compagnie d'escroquerie.Ils me confirment la livraison d'un colis que je n'ai jamais reçu, et ils savent bien que c'est livré à la mauvaise adresse,pas de ma faute bien sûr. Ils ne veulent plus rien savoir..ni me rembourser ni me compenser..C'est du vol pur...Ils sont irrespectueux, voleurs et malhonnêtes..

J’ai commandé un joli haut en lin avec des incrustations de dentelle et je me retrouve avec une tunique sans forme en polyester et la dentelle est imprimée grossièrement. Rien à voir avec le modèle présenté sur la photo et tout ça pour la modique somme de 35€. Je ne ferai plus avoir

Where do I begin, immediately after ordering, I was not to sure about this company so emailed to cancel the order, I was told it had been shipped and if I didn't like it give it as a gift. I asked for shipping details and was sent a bogus tracking number. So the beautiful embroidered outfit arrived today. It is cheap polyester print, nothing like what is advertised. Also I have been recieving tracking updates from two companies, one from America, which has now apparently on the plane, and the one I received today from China. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and will try and get my money back. Avoid at all costs

I purchased two pair of pants. They never arrived. The company says they were delivered. They were not. I am retired and was home sick. I can see the front door which is glass from where I was sitting most of the day. No one delivered anything. I went to the postal service and they have no information or proof package was delivered to correct address. I have written repeatedly to customer support. They either ignore me or suggest I reach out to postal service which I did. They refuse to resend the items or refund my money. I asked to speak to manager, they refused. I researched the company and find that there are similar reviews and that some believe this is another scam co. Reviews indicate clothes are not as advertised, lack quality and are cheaply made. This is theft pure and simple. They took 60,00 from a widow and refuse to provide the merchandise or refund. I am filing a complaint with the office of Consumer Affairs and have been advised to report them to attorney general. Buyer Beware- do not buy from scammers. They’ll cheat you!

They are scammers. Avoid. They sell you cheap products and never refund.

I ordered a floral EMBROIDERED dress. It arrived today. The dress is a cheap sheen material. It is not cotton and linen. There is NO embroidery at all! NOTHING!!!! It is something I could purchase at my local Thrift Shop for $15.00!!!! Do not order from this Store!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Vid kontakt beklagar de bara att det som jag beställt inte längre finns i deras sortiment och tycker jag ska nöja mig med en återbetalning på 8 usd!!!
Känner mig grundlurad av ett riktigt blufföretag!!!

If I could I wouldn’t give a star. I ordered from this company, the clothes aren’t long enough for tall ladies that 5’ 11’. I got in tough with them the next day took the pictures are they still want give me my money back 210$. Does any one know if company in the US? I would like to report the to the BBB? Thanks

This company FRANLIEEN is a horrible company to do business with.
I ordered from them on 01/19/2025 and just received 1 of 5 items on 02/24/2025. The 1 item I received is not the item I ordered and I asked for a refund. They are offering $5.00 US FUND and I paid 26.95. I said no. They don't have a phone number or return addess. They are refusing to tell me where my other items are. They keep telling me the ask my neighbors or go to my post office with a phony tracking number saying they sent my items but they never came. I'm trying to go through my bank for my 136.75 refund and highly advise anyone not to ever order from FRANLIEEN ever.....

Quality of clothing is terrible. Costumer service is not professional. Want to return a dress and they don’t want to provide an address for returning, requested a refund and no answer, send a number of emails and no response.

This company is not serious. Sent me after almost 1 month waiting not my size products ,only 2,not 5. Did answer for emails...Earlier I recognised and is not my order in progres I send 6 emails....asked of money back ...Nothing . Nice ,good quality products - BUT TERRIBLE,SO MESSY MANAGEMENT . Never will I purchase from this company again. Size was extremely large so asked to be refunded or smaller size. Was told too expensive to post another. Offered a refund of about 10% of original item. Complained thru pay pal and they increased the offer of refund. Still not for the original amount. I accepted it and returned item and months later still no joy. Lost original money. Spent extra $25 to return and got absolutely nothing. Disgusting company. Dishonest and no customer service. Beware.

I placed two orders with Franlieen totaling more than $200 and both orders were messed up. They sent items that I did not order and try to pay me $3 as compensation. Please don't order more that 1 item at a time as they are unable to send the correct product to you. Buyers be aware.

I ordered three dresses looking for yellow. One was too dark. It did not fit. The other two, also ordered yellow, came as lavender and blue. I was looking for a wedding, so none of them worked. They sent the wring color. They are refusing to refund. Very poor customer service.

Ordered two dresses which actually took a while to arrive which was okay however then they didn’t fit so I needed to send them back. They offered me $7 refund and keep them, rather than send them back. They didn’t fit I can’t use them. I want my money refunded or something that fits!!!

The fabric is synthetic not cotton/linen as it was desrbed on the website!!!

Hace dos meses compré un vestido por Sunshine que acabó derivando en otro enlace que es Franliien. Por supuesto el pedido no es ni de lejos lo que pedí, modelo , diseño color todo estafa, cuidado si hacen compras estás son engañosas

I observed a Facebook ad and a dress was advertised in AUD but when I purchased it I was charged the same amount in USD which almost doubled the purchase price and they have said Facebook changed the price not them 😡

I ordered two items a month ago, but I still haven't received anything and I'm unable to track my order
