Frank's The Flooring Store Recenzje

Superb experience, we were given great advice and an even better deal. Ask for Len, what a gentleman!! (Bishop Auckland Store)

We are very impressed with the advice from James. He was very professional.

Great experience at this store and have bought carpets there on more than one occasion. Big shout out and thanks to Gary for his helpful, professional advice. Highly recommend this store.

Hannah at Stockton was amazing, she put us at ease. She did not rush us and was able to help us keep within our budget . Great experience thank you x

Hannah was brilliant, so helpful and really informative. Would recommend her and Franks to anyone ☺️

Highly recommend Franks. The service we received from the Portrack Lane branch was prompt, efficient and the staff were really friendly.
We had a slight problem with our first vinyl fitting to the kitchen, Franks listened to our concerns and rectified things really quickly and we are over the moon with our new floor!
Thank you 😊

Nathan really helpfull and plessant all sorted no hassle Kathy

I would highly recommend the Guisborough staff and store, not only have they helped with all of my flooring needs, Shane and his team have provided excellent after care too, when I’ve needed advice, additional square sections for my dogs 😆🐾 even a misplaced invoice. Many thanks for your services, your after care, am impressed, you’re the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service from Beth as soon as we entered the store. Beth was friendly, knowledgeable and full of good advice.
Thank you so much for making it such an easy process from start to finish. She was fantastic with my children too.

If i could leave 0 I would do.
Awful company don't even respond to complaints. Sent absolute cowboys to install laminated flooring. Who left big saw blades hidden under boxes for my 4 year old to pick up. That's on top of the shoddy job they did laying the floor. Small Claims Court seeing as they don't respond to complaints.

Excellent service from Steve at Stockton

Great service from Steve at the Stockton branch. No pressure, informative and friendly. Thank you 😊

Really disappointed with our carpet installation today. We were happy with the service in store but we have had the fitter in and he has taken the paint off our wardrobes and skirting, despite us advising him it was newly decorated. That could be slightly forgiven if it wasn’t for the poor quality of the carpet fit itself. We can see the carpet move up and down. You can push the carpet down and see there’s a gap between the carpet and the underlay, it’s not tight enough across the room. They were in and out, clearly eager to rush through the job. I will be calling the store to request that this is rectified when they open tomorrow.

Excellent service as usual 👏 Beth was very helpful and professional, great advice and service with a smile 😃

Over the past 6 months we have replaced the flooring in our whole house. This is by far the best flooring shop in the Cleveland are, always treated in a friendly, professional manner. Great service and great prices.
Highly recommended.

Couldn't have asked for much more from the Stockton Branch, extremely professional from start to finish. Liam was very helpful and made the process very easy.
