Excellent experience with mortgage agent, Katie Riccio! We were in the market for a new 5 year term mortgage and was being offered above market by current lender. I received a referral from Union Savings for Frank’s Mortgages and so I reached out. Katie explained the application process, kept in touch with us along the way with quick responses, and took the time to explain anything in layman’s terms for us. My husband and I have already recommended Katie to our families and friends. She is great to work with and am grateful for her ease and patience in getting us a fantastic rate!

As a buyer, Katie made this a very easy process, always keeping in communication with me, fast replies, and took the time to explain anything I was unsure about. She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She worked with our best interests in mind and made the entire experience very smooth. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out, and we are so grateful for her support throughout the process. We will definitely be recommending Katie to our families and friends. Even when he was away for a few days, his colleague Randheer Wara stepped in seamlessly and ensured I continued to receive the same high level of service.
