Frames were as ordered, delivered promptly and, as always well packaged to avoid courier damage.

Great frames and fantastic customer service

Used this firm many times , the most recent order came well packed and on time .Even though I can only afford the cheapest frames I can not fault the finish and precision size wise.

Easy to use website, good quality and everything as per requirements.

I had ordered a bespoke frame and it was well made and fitted the picture perfectly. It also arrived in less than the 10 days advised for the manufacturing process.

This process was over complicated and the mounts which arrived were the wrong size (which was probably my fault) but white rather than black which I had ordered. Luckily I had backed up with another company due to a deadline and that order worked better.

No idea whether they are doing well or not. The frame we bought at a competitive price was not of the quality we hoped, but it was cheaper than some competitors. Not much more to say.

Frames , have always provided a wonderful service. I have now used them for a number of years to fame my own art work, their bespoke framing is easy to use. However there prices have gone up, but that said they always seem to send a token to receive money off your next order. Which is always appreciated.

First time I've used this company - I wanted some strange sized frame (photos from a cruise). Easy to order, and the photos fit and look beautiful and service was just straightforward and quick. Delighted!!! Have recommended and will use again.

I was a bit disappointed in the frames I bought this time having bought a few frames in the past that I was impressed with. These ones seem quite flimsy, the protective film is difficult to remove, the clips keep falling out, they fall apart when trying to insert the photos I have, the hooks are difficult to use and the 'glass' is easily scratched. Two have large scratches which appeared which I can only assume were made by the clips of the other frames so I will have to replace it. All in all not impressed.
