It’s a shame that Vets and Service…
It’s a shame that Vets and Service Members have to rely on this company for BX purchases. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a TV to arrive. I called customer service and they said the TV is shipping from Indiana to Salt Lake City even though I am in Colorado. Even the customer support lady was confused.
Pro number is 263U1298002. Hope this gets resolved soon.
Update @ FragilePak: I went to your warehouse to pick it up. Please do better.

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever! Their customer service is beyond awful! Their employees are rude and when you ask for a supervisor they say no one is available. The date my item was supposed to be delivered was not and for some reason their customer service seems to this that it’s a me issue when it’s not! But perhaps a lawsuit and getting the BBB involved will help them out.

If I could give it zero stars I would do that! I ordered a sofa that was supposed to be delivered in a week. It was wrongfully scanned and shipped to the wrong hub in a different state. When you contact them, they’re annoyed you’re asking the status. They say they’ve “already contacted the hub” but never provide the location of your item or status.
Long story short. No sofa, terrible customer service and complete logistic incompetence. If you’re buying something and they use Fragile Pak run the other way!

Unprofessional company...I'm still trying to get a real answer as to when my dryer will be delivered. It's been a few weeks now...The ETA tracker is a straight up lie and I found out after asking customer service directly that my package was only four hours away for roughly the last week. I was told it would be shipped out yesterday and that was a straight up lie too because that same day I asked again and they gave me an answer of a week. How do companies like this stay in business. It's a shame veterans and service members have to experience this when they purchase off the exchange website. PRO #: 263U1281815

Delivery No Show
Delivery was scheduled for yesterday, 1-4. Never came, no courtesy call to let me know they wouldn't be here, no one contacted me to reschedule, they haven't respond to my email asking for information. Phone number to local warehouse is not available. I called the Henderson NV number with tracking number. That person had no information as to where my order is. Person took my number and is looking into it.

Ordered a large screen television. Waited 2 weeks for the delivery. FragilePak delivered. First thing I noticed that seemed a bit off, was that I was outside as they were going to offload from the truck. The guy opened the back of the truck and went inside and IMMEDIATELY shut the door behind him. Then he cam back out dragging the TV and again shut the door. They offloaded the truck, and brought it into my home. When we unpacked the TV later, it had a GIANT crack on the screen and was not usable. It had to go back so I arranged that with the place I bought it from. I received an email from FragilePak, and they said they appreciated Feedback, so I responded to the email and gave them feedback. Their response was "sorry about that, but you have to contact the place of purchase". So they didn't really want feedback, nor do they seem to care all that much.

FRAUD-Job NOT DONE
I paid an additional $200 for a white glove service on the NordiTrack website that included delivery, assembly and to make sure the equipment delivered was well within working order. Fragile Pak had a contract with NordiTrack. The treadmill was not finished being put together, several pieces were put on backwards so the pieces that were not put on did not fit (obviously), they lost an important bolt so the belt portion of the treadmill can’t be pushed up to be stored, they installed the wrong size bolts that went right through the plastic trim, they took the tools that came with the package of bolts from Norditrack, installed all bolts with a power drill so the bolts are stripped and won’t come out to be corrected with the right size bolts. It’s completely unprofessional, unethical and disgusting. The two installers reason for not completing the job was that the 1/2 hour allotment was over, but it hadn’t been a 1/2 hour yet, I was the only customer on their schedule and first in the morning. I am disabled and can’t use my hands. Paying for a service and not getting it is fraud. This has caused my health to be postponed by not having a very expensive piece of equipment put together and damaged that I needed and now even more expense to try and find help to complete the assembly.
I want my $200 back on my original form of payment. Order number: 539U1222721. Delivery date: 03/09/2023. NordiTrack, Americans with Disabilities Act will be notified if this issue isn’t made right. Please give me back my $200 for a job not completed that I paid to have completed.

Awful
Awful. Paid $99 extra for “white glove” service for delivery and removal of item. Everything was going well until they were wrapping up the old item. One of the two movers knocked over an ornament in the wall. No apology was given- just didn’t care. Contacted company. They replied and are addressing it. Will let company that picked them to deliver item not to use them for our future pending deliveries.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Fragilepak. They quoted me 5 days transit and currently we're at 6 weeks and they just keep telling us different stories. "it's delayed due to weather" " It's stuck in
California" Wait not it's not its in Transit. Wait it's in Utah, no it's not... We are hoping our table we shipped isn't lost or stolen. They will not give us a straight answer, I have never had such a terrible experience with a shipping company. Whatever you do, do not use Fragilepak to ship your goods.

Horrible company
Horrible company. They were supposed to deliver my treadmill and got here and said they needed more men. I had to wait three weeks and they showed up again with the same two me. Although the company I purchased the treadmill from approved more men. They are incompetent with horrible customer service. I’m about to cancel my entire order.

Worst experience
I placed an order for a new couch and it was delivered to my local area February 8th. Since they were backed up, the only day they could deliver was February 22nd. They told me they would contact me 24hrs prior to arrange pickup time. Since I work a lot of shift work, I was awaiting a call.
I never received a call, just an email giving me a time frame of noon-4pm. I needed to be to work at 3 so I emailed back to tell them that time would not work, could I get an earlier time. They responded with “thank you for confirming your time”… next I called to explain it to them on the phone. I was told that since it’s been confirmed, they cannot change it. They can reschedule it for the end of March. I tried explaining that I did not agree to that time but they just kept talking in circles.
I then received an email stating a visit attempt will be made between noon-2pm. That works out much better and agreed to it, even though it’s tight. The delivery crew will call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. I called at 2 because I was confused. After a 20 minute conversation, I found out the customer service reps attempted to cancel my delivery when I explicitly told them not to cancel it even though it conflicted with my work day, I would figure it out. Not once did I say to cancel or reschedule my delivery, I was simply trying to change the time that I did not agree to in the first place.
The communication was absolutely horrendous. I spent thousands of dollars on furniture, waited weeks for delivery, only for this company to hold my goods hostage. I have never encountered such poor customer service and I will admit, I lost my cool on the phone with them. I highly recommend you use someone else, it’s not worth the stress.

Awesome job they did in delivering my package and not only that, but delivered it at a early time than I requested which was great! Furthermore, I don't know the Hispanic guys that delivered it into my house but they were awesome as well! Great Job Fragilepak!

I ordered my tv on January 4
I ordered my tv on January 4, and finally received it on January 27 but I had to pick up my own package from the facility because fragilepak did not want to send their delivery drivers up 3 flights of stairs. The delivery date also kept getting pushed back every time it got closer to the arrival date. This is unlike the exchange for packages to be this delayed, I really hope they discontinue use with this company.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! They scheduled delivery on 2 separate occasions with 4 hour windows. On the first they notified after the allotted delivery time that the items didn’t make it onto the truck. On second occasion (today) I called FragilePak this morning to verify the items are on the truck to which they confirmed it is and I’ll receive the delivery by noon. It’s now 2pm and they notified me it’s been rescheduled as it was placed on the wrong truck/route. They don’t even have the decency to notify you early so you don’t waste all day waiting for them.

WORST/ NON- EXISTANT Customer Service
This company pretty much has the WORST customer service I've encountered. Trying to get a phone call back from anyone at this business is basically impossible.
They have an automated robot that calls and informs you of a delivery coming your way every time without the option to speak to an actual person. We are a small third party installation warehouse. After I received the automated call I tried to call the customer service number to find out more about this large quantity of (30) chairs headed our way. I was on hold for almost 20 minuets waiting for a human to answer. I ended up hanging up because I had more work to do. I sent them an e-mail instead. ZERO response. Next thing I know a few days later (30) chairs show up and they are not even for us. They had the wrong address. Had someone bothered to respond to my e-mail or call me back it could have saved myself and the driver a WHOLE lot of time.
And this isn't even the first time this has happened with this company! They have never once responded to their "Can I help?" customer service form online.
Do not use this company for your shipping needs. They are TERRIBLE!

The absolute worst company on Earth
The absolute worst company on Earth. I ordered a sectional from AAFES exchange on November 13th. December 11th Fragile Pak received the sectional for delivery. I have still not received my sectional. This is complete scam ran by AAFES and Fragile Pak. I will be disputing the charge with my bank today. I wish I did my research before ordering from AAFES. I know they have daily complaints about this company and still use them for shipping. Something needs to be done but from looking a the years and years worth of complaints, I doubt anything will change.
