Attention cependant, rien ne l'indique sur le site, mais on ne reçoit pas les commandes avant MINIMUM 15 jours, ainsi qu'il l'est spécifié dans l'e-mail automatique de confirmation de commande. On nous avertit alors qu'il existe même un certain pourcentage de chances que la commande n'arrive qu'au bout de 30 jours... Malpratique de savoir ça qu'une fois la commande passée, surtout si on a des délais à 10 jours pour recevoir la commande.

Le produit livré n'est pas le produit commandé. Impossible de télécharger la preuve car message d'erreur quand l'on télévrrse un fichier image ou PDF. Donc la réclamation aboutit nulle part.

Colis non expedié apres trois semaines et aucun retour probant du SAV
Ca fait trois semaines que j'ai passé une commande et j'ai payé un supplément pour le tracking. malgré ca je n'ai reçu aucun numéro de suivi et le service clientèle n'est pas en mesure de me dire ou se trouve mon colis. Tout ce que je dois faire c'est d'attendre que ca me soit livré un jour (s'il décide bien de livrer). Aussi il est impossible d'annuler la commande. Recherche et identification du bon produit compliquées
Trop de produits obtenus aux recherches pourtant restrictives (ex New3DS XL donne énormément de résultats alors que peu de produits concernent la séquence complète); et surtout des descriptions non conformes aux photos et vice versa bref la sélection des produits n'est pas "user friendly" sans parler des multiples annonces sur le même produit mais avec des remises différentes! J'ai dû chatter 15 min pour avoir des réponses avant de commander.
