Misleading and poor customer service
I received an incomplete order, and the product listing was not clear enough to understand exactly what was included in the purchase. When I contacted customer service to explain the issue, they simply closed the conversation instead of giving me the opportunity to provide further clarification or discuss a possible solution.
This was a disappointing experience, not only because of the incomplete order but also because of the lack of willingness to engage with the customer and address legitimate concerns. I hope the company improves both the clarity of its product descriptions and the quality of its customer support.
