Excellent Quality Prodcuts! Always delivered products on time!!

Ive had issues with every order from products showing a 2 week shipping lead time and it turning into 16 weeks to customer service not responding or caring about getting you what you ordered.

The best price of all vendors, delivered timely. What's not to like?

I asked for a quote and lead time on the item purchased. When I purchased the item I was informed there wasn't any in stock and the lead time would be a month. When I followed up on the ship date after 3 emails, I had to escalate the issue to involve my supervisor as I did not receive any responses. He also tried a few times before anyone answered.

Our company purchased a VacTrap XL. Prior to purchase we consulted with a rep for pricing and part numbers. The item arrived poor quality and setup incorrectly. We were able to switch the tubes over to a correct orientation, however the item still did not work. Prior to connection, the vacuum suction was very strong, but after connection to a 4L or a 1L tube, the suction was dead. the tubing collapses on itself. We relayed all our troubleshooting to our rep. She was able to escalate our claim to the right person. I have been following up now for 2 weeks now trying to get our refund processed however it has not happened yet.

This shipment was a little late, it normally comes in 2 days, guess they are backed up. I feel secure knowing these masks come with a certificate of authenticity and they have a snug fit, even on my thin face. I have recommended Foxx Life Sciences to many friends and family.

I originally ordered a waste container off of amazon, only received the lid. Returned through amazon and only recieved another lid. Then went through the company and still only ordered a lid. Then was told that this $230 waste container was only a lid. I wanted to return it, had to reach out again, and was told it actually does come with a container.

Back ordered part arrived so late the project was already over.

Also website did not allow the customer to see what was in stock and what wasn't.

The products however fill a niche.
