Pathetic service. The shared servers were down for almost the entire year, and just 3–4 days before coming back online, they asked for renewal. For such a long outage, they would never call, but to delete bad comments, they will follow up 100 times. Pathetic service. I don't suggest this company to anyone. My company is in Bangalore, and I assumed that a small-town company might work well, but these guys proved me wrong.

This is a fake company as per my experience. They took advance from me, and did not do any work of website development. Every time, they would say we are working, and dragged it for a full month. In between, they held 2 concals, showing templates, and asking me which one to go with. Even after telling them which one, they never did any work, but kept on saying that we are working on it. Finally, when I asked for my advance refund, they started saying sorry, give us more time, why don't you want to work with us etc etc. I finally told them that they could keep the advance, as I didn't want to waste further time with them. I am sure they must be doing this with a number of other customers, and dupe people of a lot of money. Have planned to report this incident as a case of cyber-fraud with all evidence of communication and money transfer.
