Good material. Great customer service. I was not able to access the website a couple of days. Then my subscription expired before i was able to consume that one course i was really interested in . When i complained they compensated(after minor back and forth) by extending my access by a couple of days. I would give them a 4.5 instead of a 4 if i knew how to.

Foundr is unparalleled, only 11 days into the course and I am thrilled. The Foundr course not only provides solutions to a lot of the questions I have in mind... It also broadens my horizon about ecommerce todate. The courses are clear, easy to understand and very well organised. No hype, no hidden agenda, just pure practical guidance. The more I watch the lessons and fill in the workbook, the more enthused and inspired I become. mong many courses I have paid for and followed... There's no comparison. Simply, REMARKABLE! Fell into #FOUNDr's cool learning web - hearing Nathan (FOUNDr magazine man turned e-commerce guru with his virally successful "Healthish" timed-waterbottle he runs with his GF) casually spin various brand success stories, during a generous 5-day freebie intro course.
FOUNDr also offers a monthly or annual membership plus premium coaching programs - typically working to guide, inspire & inform any physical product owners - to fast-track their journey by following their fresh yet cautiously geared frameworks (including validatation through to launch).
Loved his vibe - and his FOUNDr zoom mod/MC, Leah - both professional yet friendly creatively sharing a bunch of contemporary social skills, tools & tricks, without any puffy, OTT delivery.
Am currently considering doing their annual membership - even tho' I don't have a physical product yet (but watch this space, see it would be an amazing journey and go love the idea of improving something that already exists - with a twist!). But also still interested because I still see immense value in their cool, Aussie community on Circle - offering immersive learning, with weekly experts jumping on to do lives, covering VIP social platform topics we need for content creation - even if I end up being the product and boosting the services I offer, just for now (given I am a content creator/editor).
And as I ask their customer support endless questions - Conan and his easily emailable online messaging team (shout outs to Katrina + Pearl too) has been delightfully and politely - very responsively - getting back on EVERYTHING (which is a lot more than I can say for many other learning foundations - that push hard at the start, but fail to deliver once they've hooked you onto their email database).
Bravo! Love the lives are at normal Aussie times too - very refreshing not having to set my alarm to catch the 4AM USA lives on other learning platforms
Check them out. Thankful to find such a fab Oz-based community to thrive in!💕

I have been following Foundr since I was in 9th grade. Their magazines had me hooked for hours on end, and are still to date the best quality entrepreneurship magazine out there.
Coming to their courses - amazing video graph to keep you engaged, a plethora of allied learning resources, workbooks, progress trackers and cross-course references attached to give you a 360° learning experience. The course catalog is vast, and if you're looking for e-commerce training - you're in it's heaven. Even if not, there's a bunch of really great business, entrepreneurship and other side income programs that'll transform you for the best! =)

I love their resources and coaching program. I wish I had known about them way before I did. It would have saved me money and time, while boosting my confidence. It's really an investment in yourself. Do find out if they have other entrepreneurs in what you want to do in your market.

I joined a 5-Day Challenge and there is an upsell product at a deep discount. But a staff contacted me asking whether I have signed up a Free Trial. She is not informed of what I have actually purchased? So I reached out to the support team for checking the details of the upsell product. But I only got the product name, not the description of the offer. This is probably a common practice for the upsell products, an "industry" issue (Funnel?). As I cannot commit the time for the challenge and opening a new store, I decided to cancel the purchase and request a refund. The support team responded fast, on the same day. She offers me options. As soon as they know my request, they approved and processed the refund immediately. Actually I was given a 14-day free trial for the training platform. The course content are comprehensive I'm like receiving coaching service at a price of $99/month. The value is great especially for new online business entrepreneurs.

The Foundr Coaching Program has been better than I could've ever imagined! My coach went above and beyond to show me the way whether it was refining Meta ads to increasing conversion on our website. Have some great content available on their site for ecommerce owners to refer to depending at what stage they are in their business journey. Found some areas were inaccessible even though it clearly said you would get access if you were a foundr member which was somewhat annoying. Having sent various screenshots of proof, was still told the same. Also it's overwhelming receiving multiple e-mails on "launching" a product (seems to be the paid service they are promoting at the moment) even though I clearly mentioned I was not at this stage in the sign up process. It was not easy to turn off emails regarding new product launch services so I had to unsubscribe from all. I was not going to leave a review but having used my good money up front for a years membership I thought I would.

It’s very deep in library sources but the 1:1 Mentor program I joined up for is just amazing. They match you with someone who’s already a success and partners with you.
