Ordered a dvd, no acknowledgement but money taken. Raised complaint - no answer. Complaint and refund requested via bank

My partner ordered me shooting stars boxset for my birthday. Never received it. No confirmation email or contact of any sort. Hes now having to go through his bank to claim his £26 back. I was really looking forward to my gift.

I ordered a "House of Fools" dvd. I got no confirmation mail. No mail with an update about my order. No response on my emails. Nothing.
Very unprofessional.
Last time I ordered a dvd here. 1 star is too much.

Update: the dvd was delivered but it was a poor copy.

Ordered a DVD of Harold Pinter's Betrayal on the 12th of December. It was supposed to arrive a few days later. Emailed them a couple of times on the 22 and 23. No response! Also used the contact link to leave my email address and get instant verification via my email....did not receive any email in my inbox or spam £7.99 basically stolen off me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY GIVING MONEY AWAY AND RECEIVING NOTHING.

Ordered dvd from foundclassic.watched movie untill it froze 2 chapters before the end.I have,like other buyers, contacted them and have received no response.I would not recommend this seller.I don't want to give them the one star,but I had to just to proceed.

I was sent the wrong film, I've tried numerous times to.email for this to be corrected with no response, this was a birthday present and obviously the person still hasn't received this due to this error

It can improve by providing a postal address, an email address that works and a product that matches the description. I have a DVD of Buried Alive which is obviously remastered, a cover that is not as shown and a disc full of subtitles. I have tried emailing by direct reply and using their email address, but they get sent back undeliverable. After reading other reviews I am convinced these are cowboys. There is an email address that pops up which starts with 'info', but that's all I can say, although you can reach them via their www. website.

I ordered a Warren 83 x Comic Magazines on DVD ROM, basically 83 of the Warren Publishing Comics on a DVD ROM. So I did receive a DVD ROM, but with 39 of the 83 comics, with the rest missing. I have now emailed them 3 times asking them to fulfill the rest of the order, even if it's a download link so they don't have to spend anything on shipping, and I have received absolutely ZERO response. I am only giving them this high of a rating because I did receive part of my order, and I'm happy with what I have so far, but they literally have only fulfilled less than half of their contract/order, and have so far taken no accountability to uphold their full responsibilities.

Same as most others. Ordered complete Shooting Stars. Received poor quality illegal copies. They have ignored all correspondence asking for a return address etc. Complete scam

Don't waste your time and money , a total and utter scam

Received from foundaclassic.com Bad lads army complete series dvds upon playing these i found all four dvds to be of very poor quality.Indeed the dvds were copied from off the tv as it showed on screen that they were copied off itv4 and uktv.I contacted them by email regarding the poor quality of the dvds and received no reply.They sold me fake very poor quality dvds.Do not purchase from this cowboy company.I will be reporting this company to my local trading standards department.

3 out of the 4 dvds from the box set don't play. No response from company and only an email for contact details.

I received my order today expecting it to be the original copy of it and it was photocopied picture on the front of the case and on the dvd’s to not happy as wasted my money on it and know I won’t get it back some episodes not on there and some don’t work not happy at all

Received incorrect dvds. Emailed them to return and receive the correct ones...they leave it until 30 days have exceeded so you can't claim a refund...and now they ignore all my emails..PayPal name is cheryl taylor.

Excellent service. I have been trying to locate this DVD for some time. No longer in print, Found A Classic were able to supply a copy. They kept me informed at every stage of the order. DVD arrived quickly and securely packaged. Very happy with my purchase.

this is a scam company sent me a pirated and poorly made box set, it was a joke they had filmed it off of sky some off of old videos, with repeated episodes and many episodes missing, blurred, no sound, or out of line with the sound, considering how advanced technology is now, you would have thought they could have done a half decent copy of it, they ignore my emails for a refund so don't bother with them

I ordered the House of Fools DVDs and had to chase them up as it took ages to arrive. When it eventually did it was obvious that both discs as well as the cover were copies. Disc one wasn’t too bad just a couple of fuzzy bits but the last two episodes on disc 2 won’t play at all. I’ve written to them but as yet despite their ‘within 24 hour reply promise’ they have yet to respond.

Bought what I thought was a used box set of the Shooting Stars series on DVD costing £23 plus postage. Got a bit concerned when despatch had been confirmed on the 18/11 by Royal Mail First Class Post but nothing had been received a week later. It was then that I read the negative reviews and thought I had been caught up in a scam. Surprisingly the dvds turned up yesterday, 27/11 but disappointed to find they were copies. Whilst they play okay the quality is a bit fuzzy but they are watchable. I believe the advertising description is misleading and doesn't say that copied DVDs are provided. Learned my lesson and won't buy from them again and have emailed them asking for a return address to obtain a refund. Still awaiting a response.

I ordered a few DVDs here, unfortunately they never arrived. I have tried several times to contact customer service, but they do not respond. This is a BIG SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!!
