We had arranged a tour for a family of 5 from kochi to phu quoc , Vietnam in June 2026. Fortune tours and their counterpart in Vietnam arranged the tour and booked a hotel for us stating that it is 4 star hotel. After reading the review about the hotel, we informed Fortune tours that it is not a nice hotel. But Fortune team said it is a nice one and many people from Fortune arranged tour, stayed there in the past. It was one of the worst hotels i have stayed ever in my life. When we checked in, there was no air conditioning in the hotel lobby. We asked them whether we will get drinking water and food in the hotel. They said if we want these, we need to walk outside and find a shop. The hotel surrounding were so dirty and the quality of the staff was so poor. It was a poorly maintained low class hotel, all they provided is a breakfast where nothing was mainly available for Indians to eat. We asked Fortune to change the hotel, but they kept telling us that they will inform the party in Vietnam. We were very disappointed to have stayed in this hotel for 5 days.

We never expected Fortune to be so careless to have arranged such a low class hotel, they should have informed us if this hotel was not nice and arranged a better one even if we had to pay a bit extra. This advice did not come from them. Instead they focused on getting money from us and after we reached Vietnam, they did not support properly for any grievances we raised via WhatsApp to them

പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ തുടക്കത്തിൽ തന്നെ ആരംഭിച്ചു. അമൃത്സറിലേക്കുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ വിമാനം രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂർ മുൻകൂട്ടി മാറ്റിവച്ചു, പക്ഷേ ഏജൻസിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു അപ്‌ഡേറ്റ് പോലും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചില്ല; ഞങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം വിമാന സമയങ്ങൾ ട്രാക്ക് ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നു. ഡൽഹിയിൽ നിന്ന് പുറപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഈ ഏകോപനക്കുറവ് ഒരു തകർച്ചയായിരുന്നു, അത് ഒരു പൂർണ്ണ ദുരന്തമായിരുന്നു. അവസാന നിമിഷത്തെ ടെർമിനൽ മാറ്റത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും, കാലഹരണപ്പെട്ട ഒരു PNR നമ്പറിനെക്കുറിച്ചും, ഞങ്ങളുടെ ടിക്കറ്റുകളിൽ ഒന്ന് പോലും സിസ്റ്റത്തിൽ കാണിക്കാത്തതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും, വിമാനത്തിന് ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ മാത്രം ശേഷിക്കെ ഈ പിശകുകൾ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ ഞങ്ങൾ പാടുപെട്ടു. അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായ ജാഗ്രത പുലർത്തിയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒഴിവാക്കാമായിരുന്ന അവിശ്വസനീയമാംവിധം സമ്മർദ്ദകരമായ ഒരു സാഹചര്യമായിരുന്നു അത്.
ലോജിസ്റ്റിക്സ് അത്ര മികച്ചതായിരുന്നില്ല. അമൃത്സറിലെ 3-സ്റ്റാർ താമസം മാന്യമായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും, ഡൽഹിയിലെ ഹോട്ടൽ സത്യസന്ധമായി ദയനീയമായിരുന്നു, ന്യായമായ നിലവാരം പുലർത്തുന്നതിൽ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു. ദൈനംദിന ആസൂത്രണം മോശമായി ഒപ്റ്റിമൈസ് ചെയ്തതായും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് തോന്നി - ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ഭക്ഷണശാലകളും സ്റ്റോപ്പുകളും അത്ര മികച്ചതല്ല, ഒടുവിൽ കത്തുന്ന ചൂടിൽ റോഡിൽ ഏകദേശം രണ്ട് ദിവസം ചെലവഴിച്ചിട്ടും ഫലമൊന്നുമില്ല.

ആത്യന്തികമായി, വ്യക്തമായ മാനേജ്‌മെന്റിന്റെ പോരായ്മകളും എല്ലാം കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്ത രീതിയുടെ "അവസാന നിമിഷ" സ്വഭാവവും യാത്ര ആസ്വദിക്കുന്നത് വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാക്കി. ഈ അനുഭവത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ, നന്നായി ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയതോ സമ്മർദ്ദരഹിതമോ ആയ യാത്രാനുഭവം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന ആർക്കും ഞാൻ ഫോർച്യൂൺ ട്രാവൽ ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

Great travel experience to Singapore and Malaysia with Fortune tours. Excellent hotels , food , visited all places mentioned without any inconveniences.special mention on highly appreciable service of our tour manager Rikku. Highly recommend him for our next trip also.

We are not happy the way European tour ( to 14th June )was conducted by Fortune travels which led to lot of mishaps. Only positive side is that we got very friendly and cooperative travelling companions, which refuced our stress levels.
Following is our feed back:
When we booked a tour with a company having ample experience in thetravel industry, we expected an enjoyable trip. However, our dream
European tour with Fortune travels turned out to be a disappointing one.
The itinerary included visits to major cities and landmarks across Europe, promising a comprehensive and enjoyable experience. However, the execution of the tour fell short of expectations due to several unprofessional practices.

Key Issues Encountered
1. Change of Itinerary
Fortune travels changed the itinerary without informing the group, which was a clear breach of contract. Participants paid the full amount in advance confirming the promised itinerary. Papal audience which was specifically confirmed while booking was omitted.
This caused confusion and stress among the travelers. Though the tour Leader was aware of this omission in advance, it was never conveyed to the group till the last moment.
Despite several phone calls and messages by the group requesting papal audience, Fortune management didn't oblige.

2. Accommodation and Food.
Some hotels booked were of lower quality than advertised. Also, chosen hotels were located far from city centers, making it difficult
for the members to explore on their own during the free time. For E.g. In Rome, after visiting fountain, we travelled 2 hours to reach the hotel
in the outskirts very late just to stay overnight!
The quality of food in some restaurants were below standard.
3. Missed Attractions.
Due to poor time management, several key attractions were either
rushed through or missed entirely. This was very unfortunate given the high expectations set by the tour's promotional materials.
Eg. We missed Louvre museum because of deviation from the itinerary.
In Paris, we were supposed to first visit the museum early morning(as per first tour leader) and then Eiffel tower and later have Siene river cruise. Instead, when the next tour leader took over we visited Eiffel tower first
where a lot of time was wasted in the queue because mornings are busy there. (Usually afternoons have less visitors).
After Eiffel tower, we moved to the museum which is situated far away. Visitors are allowed to enter up to 4:30 pm. Even though we reached by 4pm, we couldn’t enter, since the local tour guide was not ready with the tickets. We noticed a lack of coordination between the overseas contacts and our tour leader which lead to missing Louvre museum, the world famous art gallery.

Then again, we had to come back all the way for Siene cruise which is next to Eiffel tower.
5. Tour Guides.
In most of the places visited there was no guide to explain the salient features of the sites, which was critical as we were in a foreign land.
6. Financial Loss.
For Papal audience, Some group members arranged on their own, spending
additional money on transportation and food, resulting in financial losses to them.
7. Dissatisfaction:
Overall dissatisfaction with the tour experience, has led to negative
feedback from the group and a reluctance to book future tours with Fortune Travels.

We went to Manali☃️with fortune tours on May 17 th & the trip was excellent!!! As it was our first flight experience we were very much excited😃 at the same time little bit nervous🥶 too. Mr AKHIL Scaria( akhilettan), our tour manager did a very good job in coordinating the trip.He lead our team in an excellent manner. He did everything well that we were very much satisfied😊. Akhilettan was very helpful, the whole trip went soo smooth as he perfectly organised the whole trip with a lot of effort and determination. We were pleasantly surprised & relaxed to have everything arranged, especially the food part. Our tour manager Akhil need to be complimented for his role in keeping the group together & was attentive to each individual person's need. He did 💯% justice to the work he did. Each day he started with a silent prayer🙏 before starting the journey. This filled all our minds with lotss of positivity.✨ And also after each destination he would count & made sure everyone was there. His loving, passionate, humble nature stole our hearts and we all felt he was one among us. He was very active and joined us in everthing especially our "Antakshari" game which we played in bus while travelling.😂 We still remember akhiletan's "മഴ തുള്ളികൾ പൊഴിഞ്ഞീടുമി" song which he sang for us. 🫰He took care of us very well & also made sure that all of us had our food properly. 🥰He would patiently wait until all of us have our food then only he would come & eat. His words"എന്തുണ്ടെങ്കിലും എന്നെ വിളിച്ച മതി" gave us courage. He was there for us in all needs & emergencies. He even took care of our health, provided medicines etc. Akhilettan was altogether adipoli❤️

Gud experience...last day was little heavy... limited time in ntr garden n Lumbini garden..

We went to the Hyderabad tour package by fortune tours on May 3rd and the tour was excellent.our tour cordinator ashique was very helpful,the whole tour went soo smooth as he perfectly organised the whole tour

I have participated in US tour with my wife starting from 21st April, 2024.The tour, led by Shri. Hemand Sekhar was great in all respects. The performance of team manager, Shri. Hemand was outstanding. We enjoyed the trip very much.

The tour gave sweet memories and experiences especially regarding the desert safari, miracle garden, bhurj kalifa, etc. We had a pleasant stay and food throughout.But But there are some areas which requires some fine tuning.
1. After a sleepless night journey, the tour started straight away from airport, without any rest. The same tour extended up to night 10'o clock (Indian time 11.30), and after wards dinner. This is very much tedious and uncomfortable. The cruise trip should have been planned little bit earlier, at least by 7 pm
2. The night dinner for the last day is from the plane, which will be served abut 11.30 at night. Instead, this can be cancelled and food packets as arranged in SM tour can be opted.
3. Some more care should be taken for the senior citizens and especially for the ladies (single travellers), during the visits in the large crowds like Dubai shopping, etc.
Even though the highlight of the itenery was Dubai Festival, nothing regarding this was explored.
4. Some days the seating capacity of the bus arranged was not sufficient for accommodating all the members.
In total the Tour was satisfactory, but can be improved.

Our Hyderabad trip with the Fortune team was really good. Team lead Mr. Rifin coordinated the trip very well.

We made a tour with fortune to Delhi ,Agra Jaipur we were a little sceptical about the food and accommodation.But it was very gud Tour manager Mr Ashiq did everything well We are very much satisfied

I am writing this note in order to inform Fortune Tours Management regarding recently conducted Singapore-Malaysian tour during the period 21.10.23 to 25.10.2023. Myself ,Muraleedharan VR and my wife Beena were among the 40 member participants..
As per the itinerary published in the tour brochure, the tour is planned for 4 nights and 5 days including journey time. Accordingly we reached Singapore and two days tour on 21.10.23 and 22.10.23 in Singapore were satisfactorily completed. Third day ie on 23.10.23,our precious time was merely wasted like this:
1. Half day ie till noon time wasted in front of a shopping centre. Only very few people purchased some items. The remaining people simply waited for them in front of the shops.
2. Afternoon time ie till 8pm the time was spent for travelling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and we got just half an hour time in front of Twin Tower just for photo shoot.
Had we started early morning from Singapore, we could have reached Kuala Lumpur before noon, remaining time could have been used for sight seeing.
3.On 24.10.23 time was completely utilised for sight seeing.. All are happy..
4. On 25th,again after having finished two hour local sight seeing we were dropped in a Shopping mall for purchase....After noon we were taken to Airport...
if we analyse the time we spent , it is seen that we got two days time in Singapore and one and half day in Malaysia......this is quite disappointing...
Suggestion : Third day ie after finishing two days tour in Singapore, it is suggested that coach should leave at 8am to Malaysia so as to reach Kula Lumpur around noon so that rest of time may be spent in Malaysia....So we may get two full days in malaysia inclusive of shopping time. Allocation of half day tine in Singapore on third day is a waste of time...
May be considered for future trips.
