I was gifted the power bra. The first day, I could tell a subtle difference, mostly when I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. By day 3, I could tell a substantial difference in my posture and shoulder pain, not just while I was wearing the bra but even when I wasn’t wearing it. It feels like it is actually training my muscles to hold in that position.

Please make a longer version!!! An extra 3-4” longer would allow me to wear it with high waisted bottoms without it looking like a bra (my gym doesn’t allow that). Would also love a solid nude option in the lower neckline! It could be worn under so much more.

I can't believe that the arch boosting socks completely rehabbed my dipped left arch after an injury I had almost 10 years ago after only 2 hours of wearing them. I was shook! 🤯 The effects also lasted for several days! I wear them every now and then to continue to maintain the newfound strength in my arches. My arches are literally completely different now and I thank God for that because I grew up having flat feet. Definitely give these a try! It's a no brainer because it really works! The Forme Power Bra is awesome! The fit is tight so I would actually size up - but it is supposed to be snug. It gently pulls your shoulders back, opening your chest and helping improve posture. I was skeptical but I think it’s really remarkable. Highly recommend!

These are THEE most comfortable socks I’ve ever had no joke. You can physically feel HOW it’s supporting your feet unlike other things I’ve tried like shoe sole support. I haven’t get more because these are the most comfortable my feet have been and this was perfect timing because I’ve been desperately trying to find a solution to what’s been causing discomfort with my feet.

I had high hopes for the Forme bra, but my experience was incredibly disappointing.
The sizing is completely out of whack. I'm 5'0", weigh 100 pounds, and ordered a medium based on the sizing guidance. It was ridiculously small—so tight that it was nearly impossible to get on and even harder to take off. Once I finally managed to put it on, it squished my breasts underneath the bra instead of providing any kind of comfortable support.
The materials were also very uncomfortable. For a product at this price point, I expected something that felt supportive and "posture correcting", not restrictive and unpleasant.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The response to my concerns were unhelpful. The AI generated responses provided inappropriate recommendations. To add insult to injury, after I returned the bra because it clearly didn't fit, I was charged a $30.99 fee. Paying $30.99 for the privilege of trying on a bra that doesn't fit is completely unacceptable.
Between the inaccurate sizing, uncomfortable materials, poor customer service, and expensive return policy, I can't recommend the Forme bra.

Absolutley love the arch supporting socks! Most comfortable socks i've ever put on!
